Abstract

Lõputöös käsitletakse Lihula 110 kV alajaama kõrgepingeliinide sisseviikude ehitamist. Uued sisseviikud on üheks osaks Lihula alajaama rekostrueerimisel. Seoses selle ehitustegevusega paraneb kogu Lääene-Eesti põhivõrgu varustuskindlus. Töös antakse ülevaade Eesti põhivõrgust ja selle varustuskindlusest. Käisitletakse kõrgepingeliini elemente ja nende valikut. Kirjeldatakse ehitusprojekti koostamist ja antakse ülevaade Lihula alajaama sisseviikude projektist. Välja on toodud tööde teostamise järjekord, olulised momendid millega tuleb projekti teostamisel arvestada. Koostatud on tööde teostamise ajakava. Tähelepanu on pööratud ohutstehnika reeglite täitmisele konkreetsel obektil. Majanduslikus osas on tehtud esialgne tulude kulude analüüs ja arvutatud kasumimarginaal. Aastal 2020 novembris, kui valmib Lihula alajaam koos uute sisseviikudega, praneb Lääne-Eesti varustuskindlus elektrienergiaga.

Abstract [en]

The thesis deals with the construction of high voltage line inlets of Lihula 110 kV substation. The new introductions are part of the reconstruction of the Lihula substation. In connection with this construction activity, the security of supply of the entire West-Estonian transmission network will improve. The paper provides an overview of the Estonian transmission network and its security of supply. The elements of the high voltage line and their selection are discussed. The preparation of the construction project is described and an overview of the project of the entrances to the Lihula substation is given. The order of execution of the works is outlined, the important moments that must be taken into account during the execution of the project. A work schedule has been drawn up. Attention has been paid to compliance with the rules of hazardous technology on a specific object. In the economic part, a preliminary cost-benefit analysis has been carried out and a profit margin has been calculated. In November 2020, when the Lihula substation is completed with new introductions, the security of electricity supply in Western Estonia will increase.
