Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli meriinovillast beebirõivaste tootearendus ettevõttele HopsHops OÜ. Kollektsiooni kavandamisel võeti arvesse lasterõivaste ohutust kajastav standard EVS-EN 14682:2015 ja kuni kaheaastaste laste erinevad arenguetapid. Mudelite konstrueerimiseks töötati välja mõõtude tabel kasvuni 92. Mõõtude tabelis on käsitletud kaheksat erinevat suurust. Kõik mudelid kavandati topeltsuuruses, et kandmisaega pikendada ja hinnata toormaterjali erilisust. Antud lõputöös on olulisel kohal põhimaterjalina meriinovill. Töös on kirjeldatud villakiu ja meriinovilla omadusi. Selgitatud on miks villasest beebirõivaste puhul on oluline ära tunda kvaliteetne materjal ja millised sertifikaadid seda näitavad. Mudelite põhilõigete konstrueerimisel kasutati Mülleri ja Winifred Aldrich metoodikat. Põhilõiked konstrueeriti suurusele 74. Põhilõigete järgi õmmeldi makett millele tehti vajalikud parandused, et luua moekohased lõiked. Moekohastest lõigetest õmmeldi põhimaterjalist näidised ja tehti lõplikud muudatused. Antud lõputöö tootearendus andis ülevaate beebibodi, -pükste ja kahe beebikombe mudeli loomise protsessist, alates kollektsiooni kavandamisest kuni valmistoodanguni välja. Kavandatud mudelitele on tehtud tööjoonised ja läbilõikejoonised, mis kajastavad sõlmede tehnoloogilist töötlemist. Mudelite lekaalid on kodeeritud ja neile on teostatud paljundus. Välja on toodud tootekaardi näidis ja valmistoodete mõõtude tabelid. Paigutusjooniste abil on välja arvestatud iga mudeli materjali kulu, mis kajastub toote omahinna kujundamisel.

Abstract [en]

The topic of the thesis was "Merino Wool Babyclothes product development" for company HopsHops OÜ. The collection was designed taking into account the standard EVS-EN 14682: 2015 reflecting the safety of children's clothing and the different developmental stages of children up to two years of age. For model construction a size chart up to size 92 was developed. The size chart covers eight different sizes. All models were designed in double size to extend the wear time and to value the specificity of the raw material. Merino wool is an main material in this dissertation. This work describes the properties of wool fiber and merino wool. It is explained why it is important to recognize high-quality material in woolen baby clothes and what certificates show it. The main pattern of the models were constructed using the methodology of Müller and Winifred Aldrich. The base pattern were designed for size 74. Prototype was sewn by the basic pattern and the necessary corrections were made to create final models. Final adjustments were made when models were sewin with the basic material. The product development of this thesis provided an overview of babybody, -pants and two babyromper creating process, starting from the design of the collection to the finished product. Model drawings and sectional drawings have been made to reflect the technological processing. The templates of the models are coded and reproduced. An example of a product card and tables of dimensions of finished products are provided. Layout drawings are used to calculate the material cost of each model, which is reflected in the cost of the product.
