Abstract [en]

The main idea of the thesis is to create an environment where two seperate volumes create an interactive space between themselves. This multifunctional space conncets to buildings physically and also in an abstract way. Main functions ought to be a spa and a restaurant, which are both in high demand. This centre will be located in Hiiumaa, Kärdla city. Site of the project is an old unused baywatch harbour, which is right next to Kärdla Marina.
