Abstract

Uus rannahoone pakkub erinevaid võimalusi vabaaja veetmiseks. Hoone on võimalik kasutada aastaringselt. Rajatud uus parkla ratturitele, projekteeritud lava ürituste korraldamiseks. Samuti uuendatud korvpallivärjak ja püstitatud uued lauad lauatennisele Kokkuvõttes tahaks öelda, et arhitektuur peab muutma koos kaasaegse elutempo ja inimeste vajadustega. Kaasaegne arhitektuur annab linnaelanikele uued võimalused vabaaja veetmiseks, muudab eluruumi palju huvitamaks ja tõstab elukvaliteeti.

Abstract [en]

The beach house was designed to make the lives of local people more attractive and interesting and to attract new contingent of guests into this area. As the existing building no longer meets the requirements and interests of the city's residents, a new beach building was designed. The new beach building offers various leisure opportunities. The building can be used all year round. On the ground floor there is a cozy café, an event room with a courtyard, toilets and clothing rooms. On the second floor there is a restaurant with a terrace, overlooking the sea and the park. The building is designed in a modernist, contemporary style and well integrated into the existing landscape. There was organized the redesign of the existing (surrounding) territory. Were designed new roads for pedestrians, planted new landscaping, erected new city furniture. A new parking lot for cyclists has been built, a stage has been designed for organizing events. Was renewed basketball area and new tennis tables were putten. In conclusion, I would like to say that architecture must change with the modern pace of life and the needs of people. Modern architecture gives city residents new opportunities to spend their free time, makes the living space much more interesting and improves the quality of life.
