Abstract

Uurimustöö „Foxily Design OÜ klientide rahulolu uuring” eesmärk oli läbi viia klientide rahulolu uuring ning seeläbi teha ettepanekuid klientide rahulolu parendamiseks. Antud töö annab ettevõttele informatsiooni klientide soovidest, arvamustest, eelistustest ja vajadustest, seoses Foxily Design OÜ ettevõtte poolt pakutava kauba ja teenindusega. Ettevõttele on oluline pakkuda klientidele kvaliteetseid ja isikupäraseid tooteid ning rõõmsameelset ja asjakohast klienditeenindust. Seetõttu on uuringu tulemused ennekõike suunatud ettevõttele, et anda vastused küsimustele, mida tuleks muuta ja miks on vajadus muuta, et saavutada võimalikult kõrge rahulolu tase klientide seas.

Abstract [en]

The aim of „The Customer Satisfaction Study of Foxily Design Ltd“ is to conduct customer satisfaction research and to make suggestions on how to improve shortfalls. Research enables author to give an overview of customers’ opinions, needs, issues, received customer service, perceived product quality and overall satisfaction level. It is important for the company to produce quality products and to make sure customers are satisfied with results. Therefore this thesis is directed to the results of the survey, giving the needed answers to what, why and is there something that’s needed to improve to ensure customer satisfaction.
