Abstract

Lõputöö käigus leiti lahendus raideri Stiga Park Prestige 4WD sisepõlemismootori asendamiseks elektrimootoriga. Töös tutvustati projektis kasutatud raiderit ja elektrilisi analoogtooteid. Töö käigus valiti ümberehituse jaoks sobilikud jõuelektroonika komponendid ja põhjendati nende valikut. Töö projekteerimise etapis leiti komponentidele sobilik paigutusviis ning projekteeriti CAD keskkonnas elektrimootori kinnitusplaat, akukast ja akukasti raam. Projekteeritud detailidest tehti tootmisjoonised, millest omakorda koostejoonised. Projekteeritud detailidele viidi läbi tugevusanalüüs, et kinnitada materjalide valikut ja detaili vastupidavust. Töös kirjeldati ka elektrisõidukitega seotud ohtusid ning anti hinnang projekti tasuvusajale. Töös projekteeritud lahendus oleks kasutatav väikeste muudatustega ka teistel sarnastel raideritel. Enne projekteeritud toote tootmisprotsessi tuleks kindlasti läbi viia ka töös kirjeldatud ohutust tagavad katsed. Projekteeritud lahendusega lisandunud massi tõttu tuleks viia läbi ka katsed raideri tagasilla ja keskliigendi töökindlusele.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this graduation thesis Rider Internal Combustion Engine Replacement with Electric Motor is to find a solution to replace rider internal combustion engine with electric motor. The rider used in the project, and electrical analog products were described in the work. During the project, suitable electrical components were chosen, and the choice was justified. In the design phase of the work, a suitable location for the components were found and the electric motor mounting plate, battery box and battery box frame were designed in a CAD environment. Production drawings and assembly drawings were made from the designed details. A strength analysis was performed on the designed parts to confirm the choice of materials and the durability of the part. The work also described the risks associated with electric vehicles and assessed the payback period of the project. The designed solution could be used on other similar rider's motor replacements with minor modifications. Before the production process of the designed product, the safety tests described in the work should be performed. Due to the added weight of the designed solution, tests should also be performed on the reliability of the rider's rear axle and center joint.
