Abstract

Lõputöö raames projekteeriti reoveepuhasti elektri- ja automaatikasüsteem lähtudes Schöttli Keskkonnatehnika ASi koostatud tehnoloogilisest skeemist ning tellija tehnilistest tingimustest. Lõputöö eesmärk oli anda ülevaade SBR reoveepuhastite ehk annuspuhastite elektri- ja automaatikasüsteemi kohta. Elektri- ja automaatikasüsteemide projekteerimisel kasutati PC Schematic, ning AutoCAD projekteerimistarkvarasid. Lõputöös toodi välja reoveepuhasti peamised elektriseadmeid ning kirjeldati nende eesmärki reoveepuhastuse protsessis. Töös kirjeldati andureid, releesid, kontrollerit koos laiendusmoodulitega ja operaatoripaneeliga ning elektri- ja automaatikakilpi. Lisaks on lõputöös antud ülevaade automaatjuhtimisest reoveepuhastis. Lõputöö autori eesmärgiks oli saada kogemusi automaatikasüsteemide projekteerimises. Töös kirjeldatud reoveepuhasti elektri- ja automaatikasüsteem on autori esimene suuremahulisem projekt. Praeguseks on lõputöö autor osalenud mitme erineva reoveepuhasti projekteerimisel, samuti paljude reoveepumplate ning veetöötlusjaamade projekteerimisel. Lõputöö valmimise hetkel on kirjeldatud reoveepuhasti juba rajatud ning töösse rakendatud.

Abstract [en]

Topic of the thesis is “Electrical and automation system of the wastewater treatment plant”. This thesis describes the design of the electrical and automation system of the wastewater treatment plant. The thesis was carried out in the company SystemTest OÜ The purpose of this thesis is to give an overview of electrical and automation system used in SBR (sequential batch reactors) wastewater treatment plant. The electrical and automation system of the wastewater treatment plant was designed based on the technological scheme desinged by Schöttli Keskkonnatehnika AS and the technical conditions of the customer. Electrical schematics were created with PC Schematic and AutoCAD software. The main electrical equipment of the wastewater treatment plant and their purpose in the wastewater treatment process was described in this thesis. The thesis provides an overview of automatic control in a wastewater treatment plant. The aim of the author of this thesis was to gain experience in the design of automation systems. The electrical and automation system of the wastewater treatment plant described in this thesis is the author's first large-scale project. To date, the author of this thesis has participated in the design of several different wastewater treatment plants and designed several wastewater pumping stations and water treatment plants. At the time of completion of the thesis, the described wastewater treatment plant has already been built and put into operation.
