Abstract

Pääsküla vananenud keskpinge kaablite asendamise ja madalpinge õhuliini asendamisega maakaabelliiniga suureneb oluliselt elektriliinide töökindlus Pääsküla 35/6 alajaama piirkonnas. Erinevalt õhuliinist on maakaabelliin paremini kaitstud looduslike ja inimeste poolt tekkivate ohtude eest. Paraneb ka üldine tänavapilt, kuna kaablimastid ja õhus rippuvad kaablid demonteeritakse. Lisaks erinevalt õhuliinist ei ole vaja teha maakaabelliinile liinitrassi puhastustöid. Vananenud keskpinge kaablid on vahetatud uute AHXAMK-W 3x240+35 kaablite vastu, mida projekti järgi kulus 960 meetrit. Pääsküla objektil demonteeritav õhuliin asendati AXPK maakaablitega. Projekti järgi on AXPK 4G120 kaablit paigaldatud 84 meetrit ja AXPK 4G240 kaablit 841 meetrit. Väiksemaid AXPK 4G25 ja 4G50 kaableid on projekti järgi paigaldatud vastavalt 558 meetrit ja 356 meetrit. Suuremaid AXPK kaableid on peamiselt kasutatud kaablijaotuskilpide toiteks ning väiksemaid liitumiskilpide toiteks. Kaablite paigaldamisel on kasutatud kahte meetodit: kinnist ja lahtist. Kinnist meetodit ehk puurimist on kasutatud peamiselt siis, kui kaablitrass ristus tiheda liiklusega teedega ning lahtist peamiselt kogu kaablitrassi tegemisel. Objektil on vundamendile paigaldatud 9 uut kaablijaotuskilpi ning 10 uut liitumiskilpi. Kõikide elektritööde puhul on väga oluline jälgida elektritööde ohutuse reegleid. Lõputöö koostamine andis autorile juurde uusi teadmisi maakaablite ning liitumis- ja kaablijaotuskilpide paigaldamisest ning nende nõuetest. Antud objekt on esimene, millega autor on ettevõttes kokku puutunud.

Abstract [en]

By replacing the obsolete medium voltage cables of Pääsküla and replacing the low voltage overhead power line with an underground cable line, the reliability of power lines in the area of Pääsküla 35/6 substation will increase significantly. Unlike an overhead line, an underground cable line is more protected against natural and man-made hazards. The overall street view will also be improved as cable poles and overhead cables will be dismantled. In addition, unlike the overhead line, it is not necessary to do power line cleaning work to the underground cable line. Obsolete medium voltage cables have been replaced with new AHXAMK-W 3x240 + 35 cables, which according to the project are 960 meters long. Dismantled overhead line at Pääsküla worksite was replaced with AXPK underground cables. According to the project, the AXPK 4G120 cable has been installed for 84 meters and the AXPK 4G240 cable for 841 meters. The smaller AXPK 4G25 and 4G50 cables are respectively projected to be 558 meters and 356 meters. Larger AXPK cables are mainly used to power cable distribution cabinets and smaller ones to power metering cabinets. Two methods have been used to install the cables: closed and open. The closed method, ie drilling, has been used mainly when the cable route intersected with busy roads and open mainly when making the entire cable route. There are 9 new cable distribution cabinets and 10 new metering cabinets installed on the foundation. It is very important to follow the safety rules for all electrical work. Making this thesis gave the author new knowledge about the installation of underground cables, metering and cable distribution cabinets and their requirements. This object is the first that the author has come across in the company.
