Abstract

Antud lõputöös käsitletava klaasi tootmise tootmishoone on jäänud väikeseks ning sellele ehitatakse lisa tootmishoone juurde, mistõttu tekib vajadus energiasäästliku valgustuslahenduse leidmiseks juurdeehituses. Lõputöö käigus koostati hoones asuvale laadimisalale, tootmisalale ning ka kontorile standarditele vastav valgustusprojekt koos majandusliku kalkulatsiooniga. Valgustuslahenduse koostamise käigus on arvesse võetud standardist tulenevaid nõudeid. Tootmisalal on valgustustihedus teostatud vastavalt kliendi soovidele, milleks oli 400 lx. Tootmishoonele on planeeritud valgustuslahendus kümneks aastaks ning optimaalsema ja energiasäästlikuma valgustuslahenduse leidmiseks on valgusarvutused teostatud kolme erineva tootja valgustitega. Arvutustes on kasutatud tootjate Glamox, Trilux ja Philips valgusteid. Valgustite valikul on arvestatud, et tootmisalas asub klaasi kuumutusahi, mille tõttu ulatub temperatuur valgustite ümbruses +35 kraadini. Lendleva tolmu tõttu, mis esineb nii tootmisalas kui ka laadimisalal, on valgustid valitud kaitseastmega IP66 ehk tolmukindel ning veekindel. Kontorisse valitud valgustite valikul on pimestamise vältimiseks valgustid mikroprismaatilise hajutiga, kuna kontoriruumi lagi on väga madal. Kõikides ruumides valgusarvutus vastab valgustustehnilistele nõuetele ja sealhulgas ka räigusarvutustele. Valgusarvutuste teostamiseks on arvutatud kõikidele ruumidele hooldetegur, et näha milline on valgustustase kümne aasta pärast arvestades hetkel kehtiva standardi nõudeid. Liigse valgustustaseme jaoks, mis tekib uute valgustite puhul, on kasutatud DALI juhtimissüsteemi läbi liikumis- ja kohalolekuandurite, et hämardada valgustustase sobivale tasemele. Tellija huvides on kasutada võimalikult lihtsat valgustusejuhtimissüsteemi, mille häälestuse ja ümberhäälestusega saab ta ise hakkama. Valgustuslahenduste projekteerimisel vastasid kõik valitud valgustitega lahendused nõuetele, kuid samuti oli eesmärgiks leida võimalikult soodne ja energiasäästlik lahendus. Majandusliku kalkulatsiooni tulemusena osutus kõige soodsamaks Triluxi valgustitega Mirona FIT B LED, Aragon FIT LED ja Siella G6 valgustuslahendus. Kuna kõikide valgustite püsikulud on ühesugused, siis antud objektil osutus soodsaimaks kõige madalama hanke hinnaga lahendus. Valgustite poolt keskkonda eralduva CO2 emissiooni kogus on kõikide valitud valgustite puhul väga sarnane.

Abstract [en]

In the given thesis the adressed production building that’s used for producing glass has become too small and therefore there is a need for a new building that needs a energyefficient lighting solution. In the course of the thesis, a lighting solution was prepared for the loading area, production area and also the office within the building. The solution was prepared in accordance with the standards along with economic calculations. While preparing the lighting solution, the requirements of the standard have been taken into account. However, within the production area the client wished for a illuminance of 400lx and that has been taken into account aswell. The lighting solution for the production building has been designed to last 10 years and in order to find a more optimal and energy-efficient lighting solution, the light calculations have been performed with luminaires from three different manufacturers. The manufacturers used in said calculations are Glamox, Trilux and Philips. While choosing the luminaires, it has been taken into account that there's a glass heating oven within the production area and due to the oven the temperature surrounding the luminaires can rise up to +35 degrees. Due to the volatile dust which occurs in the production area and also the loading area, the selected luminaires have an international protection rating of 66, which means the luminaires have complete protection against contact and dust, also against powerful water jets from any direction. The luminaires within the office have been selected with a microprismatic diffuser; this helps to prevent glare, due to the reason of a low ceiling. In all the areas, the light calculations meet the lighting requirements, including glare calculations. To perform the light calculations, a maintenance factor has been calculated for all the areas to see what the illuminance will be in ten years taking into account the requirements of the current standards. For the excessive lighting level that occurs with new luminaires, DALI control system has been used through motion and presence sensors to dim the lighting level to a suitable level. It is in the customer’s interest to use the simplest possible lighting control system, which they can adjust and re-adjust themselves. All the lighting solutions that were designed with selected manufacturers met the requirements but the aim was to also find the most favourable and energy-efficient solution. As a result of the economic calculations, the most favourable solution proved to be with Trilux luminaires Mirona FIT B LED, Aragon FIT LED and Siella G6. Since the fixed cost of all the luminaires are the same, this means the solution at the lowest procurement price proved to be the most favourable on the given thesis.
