Abstract

Lõputöö käigus täideti edukalt üks seatud eesmärkidest, koostades mustamise liini eelprojekt. Täislahendusprojekti võrdlust autori koostatud liini eelprojektiga ei saanud teostada, kuna autorist sõltumatutel põhjustel pole siiani saadud mustamise liinile konkureerivaid hinnapakkumisi. Lõputööd võib siiski lugeda edukaks, kuna kavandatud mustamise liini pakutava teenuse omahind on madalam turuhinnast. Optimaalsete mustamise vanni parameetrite leidmiseks viis autor läbi ulatuslikud arvutused. Projekteerimisel uuris mitmeid erinevaid vannikonstruktsiooni lahendusi ning viis läbi arvukaid tugevusarvutusi. Konstrueeritav vann vastab kõikidele klientide poolt esitatud ja tehnoloogiast tingitud nõuetele ning vajadustele. Eelprojekti järgi saadi mustamise liini maksumuseks 212 996 eurot ning teenuse omahinnaks 1.49 eur/kg. Turul pakutava mustamise teenuse keskmine hind oli lõputöö kirjutamise ajal 1,91 eur/kg. Antud hindade juures oli investeeringu tagasimakse ajaks kolm aastat ja kasumimarginaaliks 22%. Autor on teinud endast kõik oleneva eelprojekti edukaks järgmisse etappi liikumiseks, kuid lõpliku otsuse võtab vastu Aurajoki OY juhtkond. Mustamise liini eelprojekti koostamine oli uudne kogemus autori jaoks. Antud tööd tehes sai autor kombineerida omavahel olemasoleva keemia hariduse omandatud inseneri teadmistega. Koostatud eelprojekti saab edukalt kasutada tulevikus sarnaste projektide aluspõhjana.

Abstract [en]

In the course of the dissertation, one of the set goals was successfully fulfilled by preparing a preliminary design of the black oxidation line. The comparison of „off the shelf“ solution with the preliminary solution prepared by the author could not be performed, because for reasons beyond the author's control, no competitive price offers have been submitted for the blackening line so far. However, the dissertation can be considered successful because the running cost of the proposed blackening line is lower than the market price. To find the optimal parameters of the black oxidation bath, the author performed extensive calculations. During the design, several different bath construction solutions were studied and numerous strength calculations were performed. The constructed bath meets all the requirements and needs set by customers and technology. According to the preliminary design, the cost of the black oxidation line was 212 996 euros and the cost of running the black oxidation line was 1.49 euros / kg. The average price of blackening service offered on the market at the time of writing the dissertation was 1.91 eur / kg. At these prices, the return on investment was three years and the profit margin was 22%. The author has made every effort to successfully move to the next stage with the preliminary project, but the final decision will be made by the management of Aurajoki OY. The preliminary design of the blackening line was a novel experience for the author. In doing this work, the author was able to combine the existing chemistry education with the acquired knowledge of an engineer. The prepared preliminary project can be successfully used as a basis for similar projects in the future.
