Abstract

Töö eesmärk oli välja töötada objektile uus leedvalgustitega lahendus, alternatiivina olemasolevale valgustuspaigaldisele. Kaardistati olemasolev valgustuspaigaldis, st paigaldustingimused sealhulgas valgustite, valgustusrennide asukoht, kaabelduse võimalused. Selgitati välja uue lahenduse nõuded vastavalt Eestis kehtivatele standarditele ja normidele. Eesmärgi saavutamiseks teostati valgusarvutused. Sealt tulenevalt valiti sobiva optika ja võimsusega valgusti, vastavalt paigaldusvõimalustele. Töö käigus võrreldi kolme erinevat leedvalgustitega lahendust. Võrdluses vaadeldi erinevusi valgustustehniliselt, kuid ka majanduslikult. Objektil olid kasutusel amortiseerunud ja energiakulukad valgustid, mis ei taganud töötervishoiu ja tööohutuse seadusest tulenevaid nõudeid. Sellest tulenevalt oli objekti omanikel motivatsioon tuua jooksvad kulud madalamale, kasutades laialt levinut leedtehnoloogiat. Lisaks analüüsiti ka valgustuspaigaldise potentsiaalset juhtimisvõimalust. Analüüsi tulemusena selgus, et antud objektil on võimalus saavutada kuni 80% ulatuses lisasäästu, kasutades valgusandureid ja DALI juhtimisprotokolli. Sääst saavutatakse hämardades keskpäeval valgustid alla, säilitades ruumis töötamiseks vajalik valgustustihedus tööpindadel. Lahenduste valgusarvutuste tulemuste võrdluses selgus ka valgustustehniliselt parimate näitajatega lahendus. Selleks osutus Lahendus 2. Lahenduse kasuks rääkis kolme enim kasutatud ruumi võrdluses valgustustihedus, ühtlus ja räigus. Nägemismugavuse seisukohalt olid näitajad Lahendusel 1 parimad kolmest võrreldavast ruumist. Riiulite vahel oli Lahendusel 1 räigus madalaim, kasutades spetsiaalse räiguskattega valgustit. Lahenduste majandusliku arvutuse võrdluses oli parim Lahendus 1. Selle kasuks rääkis madal tarbimine ja hind. See tähendab, et majanduslikult on see lahendus soodsaim ja tasuvaim. Analüüsi tulemusena leidsime objektile uue leedvalgustitega lahenduse, mis vastab valgustustehniliselt kaasaegsetele nõuetele. Valgustuspaigaldise planeerimisel arvestati objekti eripära nii kasutuse vajaduse, kui ka paigalduse seisukohalt. Realiseerimisel on objekti omanikul võimalus valida erinevate eripäradega lahenduste vahel, valides kas bränd, parim valgustustehniline, või parim majanduslike näitajatega lahendus.

Abstract [en]

The aim of the work was to develop a new LED solution for the object as an alternative to the existing lighting installation. The existing lighting installation was mapped, including the installation conditions, the location of luminaires, cable tray and cabling possibilities. The requirements of the new solution were determined in accordance with the standards and norms in force in Estonia. To achieve the goal, light calculations were performed. As a result, a luminaire with suitable optics and wattage was selected according to the installation possibilities. Three different LED solutions were compared during research. The comparison looked at differences in lighting technology and economics. In the facility, depreciated and energy-consuming luminaires, which did not meet the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, were used. As a result, site owners were motivated to lower running costs by using widespread LED technology. In addition, the potential of using lighting control system was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that in this object, it is possible to achieve additional savings up to 80% by using light sensors and the DALI control system. The savings are achieved by dimming the luminaires down at noon, maintaining the light intensity required for working in the room. A comparison of the lighting calculations also revealed a solution with the best lighting performance which turned out to be solution no. two. The luminance and uniformity of the three most used rooms spoke in favour of the solution. In terms of visual comfort, the solution was best in two out of three comparable rooms. In warehouse aisles, solution number one had the lowest glare, using a luminaire with a special glare reducting accessory. In comparison of the economic calculation of the solutions, the best solution was solution number one. It was due low energy consumption and low price. This means that this solution is the most economical and cost-effective. As a result of the analysis, we found a new LED solution for the object that meets modern lighting requirements. When planning the lighting installation, the specifics of the object were taken into account. Upon implementation, the owner of the object has an opportunity to choose between solutions with different characteristics, choosing either the brand, the best in terms of lighting calculations, or the best solution according to economic indicators.
