Abstract

Neli antud masinat on olulise tähtsusega tootmises ja seetõttu nende määravus on kõige suurem. Eelkõige tuli tutvuda seadmete hetkeseisuga ja nende põhi- ja lisaoperatsioonidega kurssi viia. Seetõttu tuli autoril aluseks võtta PDCA tsükkel. Esialgsed aja mõõtmised andsid teadmise, milline on seis. Seejärel sai vaadeldud, millised tegevusi saaks parendada ja mille käigus tekiks juurde väärtuslikku aega. Ühisteks joonteks osadel masinatel oli koristamine, seadistamine ja lõike planeerimine. Koristamise ajakulu peaks olema minimaalne kuna ei ole väärtustloov tegevus. Masinate seadistamine on oluliselt ajakulukam tegevus võrreldes mõnekümne aastate taguse ajaga ja seetõttu on oluline seda teha võimalikult optimaalselt. Kiire ja eduka seadistamise aluseks on masina väga hea tundmine. Eesmärgi mõõtmiseks sai aluseks võetud ajavahede võrdluse siis koondtabelis on selgelt näha kõikide seadmete üldaegade paranemine. Mõned ettepanekud on teoreetilised aga selgelt annavad ajavõitu ning ettevõtte juhtkonnal on võimalus neid kaaluda. Suurem osa ettepanekuid ei eelda praktiliselt otsest rahalist kulu ning vajavad ainult väikest ajalist investeeringut. Piisab senise töökorralduse muutmisest ja koolitusest. Materiaalset kulu vajavad frees- ja tross-saag, mille puhul tuleks aluse/laua serva paigaldada vastuvõtvad pulgad/toesed jäägi kinni püüdmiseks. Kõikidest etappidest on võimalik saada tänu ettepanekutele aega juurde ja seetõttu paraneb tootlikkus oluliselt. Väheneb koristamise vajadus, ohutegur ja töötajad on motiveeritumad tänu tööetappide kiiremale kulgemisele ja koristamise vajaduse kaotamisele. Tänu nendele selgub vajadus koolituse järele. Uue töötaja juhendmisel ei piisa ainult masina tutvustamisest vaid peab ka lahti seletama, kuidas teatud operatsioone kiirelt läbida. Seetõttu tuleb pidevalt analüüsida protsesse ja seda eriti veel siis, kui toote iseloom muutub.

Abstract [en]

The four given machines play a significant role in the production facilities. In particular, it was necessary to get acquainted with the current state of the equipment and familiarize oneself with its basic and additional operations. Author had to implement the PDCA cycle. The results of the initial time measuring of every part of the process gave an idea of the current situation. Valuable times were actually improved and freed up after observation. Common features on some machines were cleaning, adjusting and cutting planning. Cleaning time should be kept to a minimum as there is no value-adding activity. Setting up machines is a much more time-consuming activity than a few decades ago, and it is therefore important to do it as optimally as possible. Quick and successful setup is based on excellent knowledge of the machine. The comparison of the time intervals was used as a basis for measuring the achievement of the goal. The summary table clearly shows the improvement of the overall working times of all devices. Some proposals are theoretical, but they clearly save time and the company's management has the opportunity to consider them. Most proposals do not involve virtually any direct financial cost and require only a small investment of time. It is enough to change the current work organization and training. A milling and rope saw requires a material cost, in which case receiving rods or supports should be installed at the edge of the base or table to catch the residue. It is possible to gain more time from all stages thanks to the proposals and therefore productivity is significantly improved. The need for cleaning is reduced, the risk factor is minimized and employees are more motivated because of work process steps taking less time and the elimination of the need for cleaning. Based on the results of the analysis it is obvious more comprehensive training is necessary to give new employees the needed skills to assure work safety and product quality. It is not enough just to show the basic functions of the machine, but also to explain how to perform specific operations quickly. Therefore, processes need to be constantly analyzed, especially when the nature of the product changes.
