Abstract

Antud lõputööga lahendati korterelamu ehitustööde organiseerimine. Vastavalt ehituse üldgraafikule on tööde alguseks 07.10.2019, kui alustatakse ehitusobjektil ettevalmistustöödega ning valmis kortermaja saab tellijale üle anda 29.01.2021, mis teeb ehitustööde kestvuseks kokku 15 kuud. Nulltsükli tehnoloogiakaardil kirjeldati tööde teostamist vundamendi plaadist -1. korruse vahelaeni, leiti tööde mahud, arvutati betooni transpordiks vajalike masinate arvud. Seoses betooni tööde sattumisele talvisele perioodile toodi töös välja nõuded talvisele betoneerimisele. Lisaks toodi töös välja betoonitööde kvaliteedi- ja tööohutuse nõuded. Hoone tüüpkorruse tehnoloogiakaardil toodi välja tööde teostamise kirjeldus koos tööjõu vajadusega. Samuti määrati montaažitööde brigaadi suurus, tööohutuse reeglid ning toodi välja monteerimise ja elementide kvaliteedi nõuded. Graafilises osas on näidatakse elementide paigaldamise järjekord koos tähtsamate sõlmede lahendamisega. Ehitustööde üldgraafiku koostamiseks kasutati objektimeeskonna kogemuste põhjal kujunenud ajanorme ning programmi MS Project. Ehitustööde eelarveline maksumus ilma käibemaksuta on 3 613 837,35 €, millest kõige suurem osa 1 013 501,26 € ehk 28% kulub kandetarindite ehitusele. Eelarvest 13,1% kulub ehituse organiseerimisele.

Abstract [en]

The graduation thesis gives an overview of the construction of the apartment building. The author of the graduation thesis has access to the entire project documentation of the structure. The start of construction is planned for 07.10.19 and delivery to the client is planned for 29.01.2021. The graduation thesis describes the building’s architectural and structural solution, as well as the building’s technical data. The works in the process of construction are briefly described, based on which the general construction schedule is compiled in MS Projects, which is based on the standards of work performance of site team. The first process chart gives an overview of the underground monolithic reinforced steel construction of the building, which consists of a base plate, interior and exterior walls, posts, beams, as well as the intermediary ceiling. The quality and safety requirements of the works are also highlighted. The graphical part of the process chart shows the schemes of the formworks of the five connected areas, as well as the detailed schedule for performing works. The second process chart contains the instructions for the mounting works of the building’s standard floor. The logic and order of mounting the wall elements and hollow panels is explained. Additionally, the quality and safety requirements of the works. The graphical part schematically shows the order of installing the elements, together with a delivery schedule, the most important assemblies are also highlighted. The construction costs of apartment building are 3 613 837.35 Euros, without value added tax, of which the largest part or 28% belongs to the construction of the load bearing structure. Thirteen point one per cent of the budget belongs to the organisation of construction.
