Abstract

Abstract [en]

The aim of thesis Chain Wheel Shaft Technology was to develop a production technology for drive shaft based on company PMT OÜ. Needed equipment for production are from among the devices of PMT OÜ’s machinepark. Selected devices are precise enough to meet the contracting authoritys demanded parameters, while ensuring sufficiently fast productivity. Technology was developed that ensures the customer's demands. Efficient production operations, calculation were made for production times that proved the relation of profibility between the product cost on salesprice. Conclusion was made that drive shaft offered sales price of 224 euros and an annual turnover of 111 thousand euros is a suitable product in order to ensure continuous production if the order has been fulfilled.
