5Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks on projekteerida lintkonveiersüsteemkaevandusse, mida hakatakse kasutama kivisöetransportimiseks. Projekteeritav konveier leiab kasutustprojektis nimega „Svene Pukk Betongtilslag’’.Tegemist on reaalse projektiga,milletellijaks on Norra ettevõte nimega Nordic Bulk AS. Antud töö käigus projekteeritakse üks rull-lintkonveier, mis on üks konveier tervest suurest projektist.Antud konveieri T10(positsioon 1) ülesandeks projektis on toimetada ühelt konveieriltT09(positioon 2) kuni purustajani (positsioon 3) kaevanduses käsitletavat materjali.Põhiülesandekson konveierraami jaeriosadeprojekteeriminevastavalt kliendi poolt etteantudlähteandmete, eskiisi, mootori võimsuse ja tehniliste tingimustejärgining standard-ja ostuosade komplekteerimine.Antud projekt tehakse autori töökohas INTERCAD OÜ.

Abstract [en]

The aim of the current thesis was to design a belt conveyor system transporting mined resources from one conveyor to a material crasher. Safety, simplicity and user-friendliness were the main criteria to consider while designing the whole system. Transport and installation of constructions easily and more safely were also kept in mind.The thesis gives a review of the most widely used conveyors across the world and analyses according to themost important parameters. The current thesis describes different modelling solutions used in the enterprise and explains why and how the constructions are designed. The thesis gives an overview of construction materials needed in different conditions in mines. For design and calculations the programme Autodesk Inventor 2017 was used.The thesis gives the whole solution of the T10 belt conveyor in the project called “ Svene Pukk Betongtilslag”. In the first stage of design, necessary construction profiles had to be found to guarantee long-lasting resistance in outdoor conditions as well as reasonable amount of time for design and production had to be considered. The conveyor system consists of four larger parts of construction: 5-6 metre section of the conveyor frame which forms the longest part of the conveyor, motor side end and a drop box , also a tension end section of the conveyor frame and tension elements.One of the most problematic solutions of the design was to lift a conveyor frame and enable access to the construction of the material crusher and during the maintenance of the crusher to fix the frame safely. The problem was successfully solved and positive feedback given by the client. All designed constructions were confirmed by the client beforeproduction.The thesis gives the calculation of the approximate cost of the conveyor system. In addition, expenses related to welding metal constructions were included, taking the cost of the profiles used in constructions and also processing and assembling costs into consideration. Calculations for zinc coated surface cover of constructions were added. The calculations showed that bought products were the most expensive–EUR 10, 865. The total price of the conveyor system was EUR 24, 454,5.SUMMARY 37The purpose of the graduation thesis was to design a belt conveyor system in a mine ensuring effective and consistent transport from one conveyor to a crasher. Considering the fact that all the problems were solved in the project, the aim of the thesis has been achieved.
