Abstract

Eesti on rikas veeressursside poolest. Veega on kaetud suur osa Eestist. Siin on olemas kõik eeldused veemuuseumi loomiseks ja see muuseum võiks olla üheks riigi sümboliks. Seoses Noblessneri sadamapiirkonna arendamisega teen ettepaneku luua alale ühiskondlik mitmefunktsionaalne hoone, kus asub muuseum, galerii, restoran ning huvikeskus. Projekti realiseerimine tõstab linna mainet turistide jaoks. Energia-passiivse rohelise tehnoloogia kasutamine aitab säästa hoone jooksvaid kulusid ja säilitada rohkem rohelist keskkonda.

Abstract [en]

Estonia is rich in water resources. Water is covering the most part of Estonia. It has all the advantages for building the watermuseum and this museum could be one of the official country symbols. Due to the fact that Noblessner's haorbour distrcit is being actively developed at the moment I would like to make the proposition to build multifunctional building, that would have museum, gallery, restoraunt and the hobby center. The realisation of the project would rise the reputation among tourists. The usage of energy based on passive green technology would help to save building running costs, and would add to conservation of green envirnoment.
