Lõputöö eesmärgiks on välja selgitada Kaubamaja klienditeenindusstandardi vastavus kliendi ootustele.

We investigate how Kaubamaja AS service standard meets to customer’s expectations on purpose to find out if Kaubamaja needs to make any changes or update the document.
