Selle lõputöö käigus vaadati üle CNC freesimiskeskusel toodetava detaili tootmistehnoloogia ja selgitati välja selle tootmistehnoloogia puudused ja vead. Kuna ettevõtte masinapark võimaldas ka muuta antud detaili tootmiseks kasutatavat CNC freesimiskeskust, siis seda ka tehti, sest selle töö jaoks oli ettevõtte masinapargis sobivam freesimiskeskus. Jõuti järeldusele, et väikesed vead lõikerežiimides või valesti valitud lõikeriistad võivad detaili tootmisaega olulisel määral pikendada. Optimeeritud tehnoloogia puhul kasutati CNC töötlemiskeskust Mori Seiki SH-503, millel on spindel, mis võimaldab pöörlemissagedust kuni 24000 pööret minutis. See omakorda võimaldas saavutada lõikeriistal tootjapoolset soovitatud lõikekiirust. Selle tulemusel sai enamikel siiretel olulisel määral lõikeriistade ettenihet suurendada ja sellega lühendati detaili tootmiseks kuluvat aega. Optimeerimise tulemusel vähendati detaili tootmiseks kuluvat ega 34% võrra, 43 minutilt 29 minutini.

Abstract [en]

The following thesis of Manufacturing Technology Optimization of a Detail Produced on CNC Milling Machine is written because time and efficiency are being of high importance in a manufacturing company. It is imperative to review the efficiency of big scale projects and where possible optimize the manufacturing procedures to be competitive. The goal of this thesis is to find weakness in currently used manufacturing technology in order to cut time wastage in the manufacturing process while increasing production efficiency with the end goal of achieving the same level of productivity in less time. An additional goal is to give a brief explanation of technological changes undertaken and a reason as to why those exact changes. Optimization of manufacturing technology is undertaken on a detail processed out of aluminium, drawing NR. 3BSE058558 (Addition 1), the manufacturing program will be reviewed and problematic sections will be optimized. The goal of reducing wear and tear of cutting tools will be achieved by correcting the cutting regime. As cutting tools wear slowly while processing aluminium, measuring results is a long-term process and results can be seen only over an extended period. As the company’s inventory makes it possible to change the CNC Milling Machine used to manufacture the detail, the step was undertaken as for this particular job there was a more suitable CNC Milling Machine in stock. The conclusion was that small mistakes in cutting regimes or wrong cutting tools chosen for the job can considerably extend the manufacturing process. The optimized technology used is a Mori Seiki SH-503 Milling Machine with a spindle which allows RPM’s of up to 24,000. This allows to achieve a desirable cutting speed. Because of undertaken optimisations, the manufacturing time was cut by 34% from 43 minutes to 29 minutes per detail.
