Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö autori eesmärgiks oli analüüsida kliendirahulolu uuringu tulemustele tuginedes klientide tundeid ja rahulolu seoses AS Saku Metall Uksetehasega ning teha ettepanekud ettevõtte juhtkonnale klientide rahulolu ja soovitusindeksi tõstmiseks.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this thesis was to analyze AS Saku Metall Uksetehas customer satisfaction based on the survey and to make proposals to management of company to increase customer and satisfaction and raise net promoter score in the near future.
