Abstract

Projektis ehitatakse 5 ridaelamut, millest neli on kolme korteriga ning üks kahe korteriga hoone. Ehitus on organiseeritud vooltootmise põhimõttega ning hooned valmivad järjestikuliselt. Iga hoone on jagatud tööjärkudeks mille järjestikulisel valmimisel valmib ka kogu hoone. Tööjärgu on kõikidel hoonetel samad ning neid teostavad roteerivalt peaettevõtte töölismeeskonnad. Eritööd lahendatakse alltöövõtuga. Elugrupi ehitus algab vundamenditöödega 5. mail 2014 ja lõppeb viimase hoone valmimisega 4. detsembril 2014. Kogu ehitus on kestvusega 212 päeva.

Abstract [en]

The current project has been drawn up within the framework of the final thesis of the building construction specialty of TTK University of Applied Sciences. The project is based on a housing estate with 14 apartments designed and constructed by Seve Ehituse Ltd., which in turn belongs to a larger residential area currently under development in Northern Norway, in Hammerfest. This project is compiled to organize and manage the building process of these detached houses. The architectural solution of the buildings, the work methods, the need for resources and safety requirements, as well as the quality restraints for carrying out the works have been described in the topics. A general calendar plan, calendar plans for detached houses, a general plan and technological assembly and fieldwork maps have been compiled. The residential estate consists of five buildings constructed of wooden-framed elements made in Estonia, with two-storey shed roofs. The four houses are identical wooden-framed buildings with three apartments and two storeys. One, and also the last house built in the current project is similar in planning, but has one apartment less than the others, being a wooden-framed building with two apartments. All the constructed apartment boxes are similar in planning. All the buildings are built of wooden-framed elements, which are manufactured in Estonia and transported by motor transport to Norway. All the buildings are built in phases. The labour force is planned as coming from Estonia, with the exception of foundation, electrical and plumbing works. The construction of the residential estate starts with the groundwork on May 5, 2014 and ends with the completion of the last building on December 4, 2014. The duration of all the construction is 212 days. In the construction plan, foundation, electrical and plumbing works are carried out by subcontracting partner companies in Norway. The rest of the works are carried out using the workforce of the prime contractor.
