Abstract

Antud lõputöö eesmärgiks on analüüsida Eesti kaubamärgi NORDWOOL sisenemise võimalust Rootsi turule koos võimaliku sellekohase turundusstrateegiaga. Eesmärgi saavutamiseks tuli töö autoril saada ülevaade Rootsist kui sihtturust ning leida kõige mõttekam sinna sisenemise meetod. Samuti teostada kaubamärgi NORDWOOL konkurentsi- ja riskianalüüs ning pakkuda välja võimalik turundusstrateegia Rootsi turule sisenemiseks.

Abstract [en]

The thesis work aim is to analyze the Estonian mark NORDWOOL entering into Swedish market with the potential marketing strategy. To accomplish this work, the author got the overview of the Sweden as a destination market and found the best method of the entry. Also made the NORDWOOL competition and risk analysis, and provided a possible marketing strategy to enter the Swedish market.
