Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärk on ettevõtte 2204Design OÜ, brändi Kalle HT, olemasoleva kliendiprofiili täiustamine läbi sihtturu eelistuste ja rõivatarbimisharjumuste uurimise. Eesmärgi saavutamiseks püstitab töö autor hüpoteesi ning koostab kahest osast (ankeet- ja piltküsitlus) koosneva küsimustiku. Töö tulemusena teeb autor ettevõttele 2204Design OÜ ettepanekud brändi Kalle HT turupositsiooni parandamiseks ning potentsiaalsete klientideni jõudmiseks.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this thesis was to upgrade the existing costumer profile of the brand Kalle HT from the results of research conducted in developing the company's market position and opportunities for the identification. To achieve the results a questionnaire was used, which was forwarded electronically. 161 men answered and by demographic characteristics (age, gender) they are potential clients of the brand Kalle HT. Questionnaires were examined by following topics: the importance of brand, brand awareness, reputation of Kalle HT, the important parameters of the product, the product visual indicators, consumer purchase behavior and frequency.
