Abstract

Töös käsitleti Profline Classic suvi 2014 kostüümi valmimisprotsessi põhilõikest paigutusjoonisteni. Kostüüm koosneb liibuva siluetiga alt kitsenevast seelikust ja kimono varrukaga jakist. Töös olid mõlema toote lõiked põhilõike konstrueerimisest moekohaste lõigeteni. Autor tegi praktikas kostüümi mõlemale tootele lekaalid, koostas paljundusskeemi ja teinud tehnilise paljunduse, tegi tellimuse põhjal tootmiseks vajalikud paigutusjoonised, aga töös käsitles antud punkte ainult jaki puhul. Autori tööna on valminud Profline Classic suvi 2014 kostüümi baasmudelid, tehniline paljundusskeem ja tellimuse põhjal tehtud paigutusjoonised. Töö tulemusena on Profline Classic suvi 2014 kollektsioonist valminud kaks toodet ja AS Profline baasmudelite kogu suurenenud kahe mudeli võrra, millel on olemas tehniline paljunusskeem. Autori seisukohalt oli kimono varrukaga jaki mudeli loomine AS Profline’le vähekasulik, sest antud lõige on kangakulu poolest kallis. Kuna AS Profline tegeleb ametirõivaste valmistamisega on klientideks ametirõivaid vajavad firmad, kes tihti on hinnatundlikud. Tänu sellele leiab jakk kindlasti koha rohkemate inimeste garderoobis. Kostüümi poodi müüki tuleku aeg on soodne, kuna tegemist on suvise piduliku kostüümiga, mida vajavad suve alguses paljud. Samuti on kimono varrukas moes, tänu sellele saavad Profline’i kliendid tunda end hästi uutes rõivastes.

Abstract [en]

Overview of thesis consists of development process about ladies costume in Summer collection 2014 Profline Classic. Ladies costume consists of pencil skirt and formal jacket with kimono sleeves. Work involves basic pattern drafting until pattern modification to get more fashionable product. In practice author made pattern markers, grading to different sizes and markers layout needed for small volume production based on product order. Writing reflects these things only about the costume jacket mentioned above. In the first part of the document, the author gives overview about ladies costume, product specification and sketches. Also the used materials (trims and fabrics) are described. The second part of the writing is about basic patterns and pattern modifications made by using computer with an apparel industry specific CAD system. Special attention is paid to jacket pattern modifications and sleeve modifications to get kimono cutlines. Also short overview is given about jacket development processes: workmanships, technological executions and technological processing queue. The third part of the writing is about pattern markers and grading. Pattern markers are derived from modified pattern. Also are derived lining markers and fusible interfacing. Pattern grading was an essential part of pattern making process. Given grading rules by AS Profline determined how patterns increase or decrease to create different sizes needed. Grading rules were based on full measurement chart, which is also the base of making the basic patterns. Fabric type is also influence of the pattern grading standards. In last part of document you can find low-capacity manufacturing plan for ladies jackets. According to product order, the production plan of how to execute order most effectively is made. Markers are arranged for each peace of pattern for all sizes needed. As a result AS Profline Summer classic collection basic patterns base supplemented by 2 models. Both of the styles; skirt and jacket have gradings and markers. And both styles are ready for production.
