Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös on esitatud lahendus riigimaantee 17160 Viru-Nigula – Aseri kilomeetril 2,882 asuva raudbetoonist kaheavalise truubi ümberehituseks monteeritavaks terastorusillaks. Silla rajamise vajadus on tingitud potentsiaalsest suurveeaegsest üleujutusohust olemasoleva truubi juures. 2013. aastal asendati Tallinn – Narva maantee ja Pada jõe ristumiskohas asunud truup suurema läbilaskevõimega terasest kaarsillaga, sillaava ristlõikepindalaga 14,77 m² . Ristlõikepindala suurenemise tõttu on prognoositav vooluhulga suurenemine Viru-Nigula – Aseri maantee kilomeetril 2,882 asuva truubi juures, kuna see paikneb Tallinn – Narva maanteele rajatud sillast allavoolu. Lõputöö nägi ette olemasolevate raudbetoonkonstruktsioonide asendamise monteeritava terastoruga. Terastorusilla rajamise kasuks otsustati tööde vähese ajakulu ja selle konstruktsiooni pikaealisuse tõttu. Käesolev lõputöö sisaldab hüdroloogilisi arvutusi, katendiarvutust ja töömahtude tabelit, mistõttu võib sellest kasu olla nii Maanteeametile truubi ümberehitustööde planeerimisel ja riigihanke korraldamisel kui ka projekteerijale projektdokumentatsiooni koostamisel.

Abstract [en]

The present thesis presents a solution for rebuilding the double-aperture culvert made of reinforced concrete located on the 2.882 kilometres of the 17160 Viru-Nigula and Aseri main road into a prefabricated steel tube bridge. The need for building a bridge arises from the risk of potential flooding during high water near the existing culvert. In 2013, the culvert in the crossing of Tallinn-Narva motorway and Pada River was replaced with an arch bridge made of steel with the sectional area of the bridge span 14.77 m2. Due to the increase of the sectional area flow rate is predicted to increase at the culvert on the 2.882 kilometre of Viru-Nigula and Aseri main road, since it is located downstream from the bridge built on Tallinn-Narva motorway. The thesis envisages that the existing reinforced concrete structures will be replaced with a prefabricated steel tube. Steel tube bridge was preferred due to the little amount of time spent on the works and the long life time of the structure. The present thesis contains hydrological calculations, pavement design and table of the amount of work, therefore the thesis may be beneficial for the Estonian Road Administration in planning the reconstruction works of the culvert and in organising the public procurement as well as for the designer in compiling the design documentation.
