Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida traktori rippsüsteemile haagitav tagakaeve kopp. Projekteeritav tagakaeve kopp peab sobima erinevate traktorite rippsüsteemile ning valmistatav InTar Metall OÜ seadmetel. Enne projekteerimise alustamist oli vajalik tutvuda konkurentide poolt toodetud analoogsete koppadega, neid analüüsida ja leida lahendusi, mis vastaksid lähteülesandes püstitatud tingimustele. Valitud on standardsed hüdraulilised silindrid vastavalt vajaminevatele asendipikkustele ning hürdauliline pump, et kopa hüdraulikasüsteem eraldada traktori hüdraulikasüsteemist. Töö majanduslikus osas tuuakse välja valmistamise erinevad kuluartiklid, arvutatakse välja toote omahind ning analüüsitakse selle konkurentsi võimelisust. Tagakaeve kopa tootmise omahinnaks kujuneb 3759€, mis on kasumi lisamisel täiesti konkurentsivõimeline turuhind. Lõputöö oli ülesehitatud peatükkide ja alapeatükkidena. Esimeses peatükis tutvustati baasettevõtet ja ettevõtte tegevusala. Teises peatükis tutvustati lähteülesannet. Kolmandas peatükis anti ülevaade projekteerimise käigust ja materjalide ja ostutoodeta valikust ning kopa ohutusest ja hooldusest. Neljandas kirjeldati konstruktsiooni ning alamkoostusid. Viiendas tehti arvutused omahinna välja selgitamiseks. Projekteerimise käigus on jõutud lahendusteni, mida iseloomustavad standardprofiilidest alamkoostud, nool ja tagumine osa, ning on vähendatud spetsiaalselt valmistatavate keeviskonstruktsioonide mahtu. Materjali valiku järgselt on tehtud tugevsuarvutused konstruktsiooni vastupidavusele. Tagakaeve kopp vastab kõigile läheteülesandes etteantud tingimustele.

Abstract [en]

This thesis work purpose was to project tractors hanging system hooked backhoe. Projected backhoe must fit with different tractors hanging system and has to be producible with InTar Metall OÜ equipment. Before starting with this project there was necessary to examine competitors produced analogous backhoe, to analyze and find solutions, what would match with initial task conditions. Standard hydraulic cylinders are selected according to the required length and the position of the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic system to allocate the backhoe of the tractor hydraulics. The economics section highlights the manufacture of various items of expenditure, calculated on the cost price of the product, and analyzes its competitive ability. Backhoe production cost would be 3759 euros which is adding profits perfectly competitive market price. The thesis was built around the chapters and subchapters. The first chapter introduces the base of the company and the field of activity. The second chapter introduces the the initial task. The third chapter provided an overview of the design process and the choice of products and the purchase of materials and the safety and maintenance of the backhoe. The fourth chapter described the design and subassemblies. In the fifth the cost calculations were carried out to clarify. In the fifth chapter the cost calculations to ascertain self-cost. The design process has led to solutions that are characterized by the standard profiles, subassemblies, and the rear part of the arrow, and it is manufactured specifically for the reduced volume of welded structures. Material selection is made after the design strength calculations stamina.
