Abstract

Lõputöö täitis oma eesmärgi, mille tulemusena konstrueeriti ettevõtte Sumar Tools OÜ kliendile uus platsmassi survevaluvorm korkide tootmiseks. Kork-detaili nimetati „Klappscharnierverschluss“-iks. Seatud eesmärgi saavutamisel toetuti ettevõtte pikaajalisele kogemusele survevaluvormide valmistamise vallas. Koostöös ettevõtte kliendiga selgitati välja uue vormi efektiivsus ja disainimuutus. Vormi valmistamise aluseks on kliendi joonised detailist, mis on saadetud ettevõttele digitaalsel kujul sobivas formaadis. Lõpptulemuseni jõudmiseks alustati detaili analüüsist, kinnisurumisjõu määramisest ja vormi konstruktiivsete osade valimisest, mis lõppes projekti majanduslike arvutustega. Käesolevas lõputöös on antud hea ülevaade plastmassi survevaluvormi konstrueerimise põhimõtetest, töökäigust ja vajalikest arvutustest. Uue toote planeerimisel on tehniline normeerimine lahutamatult seotud tehnoloogiliste protsesside projekteerimisega. Normeerimine võimaldab valitud tehnoloogiliste protsesside efektiivsust majanduslikult analüüsida ja põhjendada ning seeläbi leida vähim omahind või minimaalne tähtaeg. Valminud nõuetekohane 12-pesaline plastmassi survevaluvorm korkide tootmiseks pälvis kliendi heakskiidu. Selle abil toodetav plastmasskork on ettevõtte kliendi tellijal täna kasutuses (Oriflame’i šampoon vms). Antud lõputöös on käsitletud ka võimaluste piires majanduslikke nüansse, sest konkreetseid algandmeid omahinna arvestamiseks pole võimalik avaldada, kuid ettevõtte peab vormi realiseerimis- ja tootmishinna vahet rahuldavaks, kuna sai antud tehingust kasu.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this study is to construct a plastic injection mold with 12 cavities that produce caps for various cosmetic products such as bottles of shampoos and conditioners. The main goal is to manufacture a mold that would produce more efficiently compared to the currently used mold with 8 cavities for the client. Due to the fact that the current mold is unable to meet the required capacity and it’s useful lifetime is ending, it is not practical to repair the old mold. Therefore, the client decided to invest in new and more productive mold. This study has fulfilled its objective and as a result of it a new plastic injection mold was constructed for the client of Sumar Tools plc to produce caps. This detail is called ’’Klappscharnierverschluss’’. In order to achieve the set goals the company relied on its long-term exprience in the field of manufacturing injection molds. In the cooperation with the client the efficiency and change in design of the new mold was idientified. The process started from the analysis of the detail, determing the clamping force and choosing the constructive parts of the mold in order to finalise the results. In this study a clear overview of constructing a plastic injection mold is given. The study provides details about the prinicples of the operation and general production capacity as well as the need for standardization. Standardization is an integral part of designing the technological processes while planning a new product. Standardization allows to analyse the efficiency of the selected technological processes and therefore find the lowest cost and shortest deadline possible. The customer was satisfied with the manufactured plastic 12- cavity injection mold. This study also briefly expands upon economical nuances because the raw data about the specific costs cannot be disclosured, however, the business transaction was profitable from the company’s perspective.
