Abstract

Lõputöös lehtmetalli lõikeliini projektis on välja toodud otsene vajadus sellisele lõikeliinile ning millest see tuleb. Projekti koostamise esimeses etapis on valminud täielik 3D mudel, mis on valmistatud CAD tarkvara keskkonnas. Samuti on välja toodud alamkoostude iseloomustus ning ka valmistamine koos vajalike materjalide ja ostutoodete leidmisega. Innovatiivsete lahendustena võib esile tuua lõikeliini rullmaterjali sahtli ning ka lõikelaua mõõtesüsteemi. Töös on ära näidatud ja lahti kirjutatud tootmisjaoskonna planeering. Ja kõige lõpuks on välja toodud ka ettevõtte OÜ Puuhaamer majanduslik osa. Ettevõte on tänu sellele projektile astunud suure sammu lähemale tootmisüksuse töö efektiivsemaks muutmisele ja seeläbi ettevõtte kasumi suurendamisele. Projekti alguses püstitatud kahest suuremast kriteeriumist on täidetud eelarveline osa, mis jäi natukene alla ülemisest etteantud piirist. Tööefektiivsuse kasvus saab veenduda lõikeliini täielikul valmimisel ja katsetamisel. Prognoositav tasuvusaeg lehtmetalli lõikeliinile on 1,58 aastat. Projekti lõplikuks valmimise tähtajaks on 2014 aasta september. Kindlasti tuleb antud prototüübi lõplikul koostamisel teha väiksemaid muudatusi, mida paberkandjal näha pole võimalik. Kui prototüüp vastab kõikidele ootustele, siis tuleks kindlasti kaaluda järgmise lõikeliini valmistamist. Kuna turul sellist kompleksset lõikeliini lahendust ei pakuta siis on see turule tulekuks uus innovatiivne terviklahendusega plekitoodete valmistamisega tegelevatele väikeettevõttetele.

Abstract [en]

Thesis “Project of the sheet metal cutting” brings out direct need for certain kind of cutting and why it is so important. Thorough 3D model, made with the CAD program, was completed during the first phase of the project. As well as subassemblies technical specifications and manufacturing along with finding the necessery materials and products has brought into attention. Rolled sheet metal compartment of the cutting line along with the linear measurement system of the cutting line can be highlighted as innovative solutions. In given thesis, the planning of department of production is also taken into account as well as the economical part of the company OÜ Puuhaamer. Due to the project, company OÜ Puuhaamer has made huge progress towards making production more efficient and therefor increasing the firms profit. Fitting into fulfilled budget, one out of two major criterias set at the beginning of the project, managed to meet the requirements. Regarding the increase in work efficieny, second criteria set at the beginning of the project, is not clear until the project is completely ready and working. The project should pay off after 1,58 years. Final deadline of the project is September 2014. Whilst designing the prototype, there may come up some smaller adjustments, which can not be shown on the paper. If the prototype meets the expectations, the new project should be considerated. On the market, there are very few companies who are offering this kind of complex solution for stain products, so it should be quite innovative solution for small enterprises.
