Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli turba ketassõela projekteerimine vastavalt tellija pool püstitatud nõuetele, kus projekteeritud seadme eesmärgiks on suurendada turba töötlemist kaevandamise objektil. Tellija poolt püstitatud eesmärkidest lähtudes on antud töös ülesande lahendamisel välja toodud hea ülevaade kõikidest projekteerimise etappidest. Alapunktis üks, tutvustatakse ettevõtet mille baasil antud lõputöö on koostatud, konkureerivate ettevõtete tuvustus ning nende tegevusvaldkonnad. Eesmärgi saavutamiseks on üheselt arusaadavalt selgitatud püstitatud ülesanne koos lähteandmetega ning ketassõela tööpõhimõttega. Projekteerimise esimeses etappis, on teostatud arvutuste alusel saadud ketassõela tootlikuseks 30 t ööpäevas mis vastab täielikult tellija vajadustele. Vastavalt saadud arvudele konstrueeriti seadme korpust ning vajalikud alamkoostud. Ketassõela garanteeritud tööea saavutamiseks on projekteerimise teises etappis seadme koostamiseks valitud standardtooted ning teostatud kontrollarvutused. Projekteerimise kolmandas etappis, on konstrueeritud ketassõela maksimaalseks hooldusvaba tsükliks automatiseeritud määrimissüsteem mille tööreziimid on programmeertavad vastavalt vajadustele. Peale ketassõela paigaldamist objektil, antakse tellijale kaata vajalik dokumentatsioon. Lõputöö majanduslikus osas on teostatud majanduslikud arvutused selleks, et leida projekteeritavale seadmele kulutatud materjale ja ettevõtte ressursi, arvutada palgafondi, omahinda, realiseerimishinda ning kasumit. Hea ülevaateks saadud andmete alusel on koostatud vastavad tabelid. Lõputöö käigus sai projekteeritud ketassõel vastavalt tellija poolt püstitatud nõuetele. Kokkuvõteks saab öelda, et lõputöös püstitatud eesmärk on edukalt saavutatud, projekteeritud ketassõela abil modifitseeriti tellija olemasolevat turba töötlemisliini ning sellega saavutati astme võrra kaasaegsemat ning inimressurside kokkuhoidvat lahendust.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this diploma work was the peat disc crusher design according to the requirements set by the customer who needs to increase processing of peat mining sites. Solving all customer requirements, this diploma have a good overview of all phases of the designing. In the first part of this diploma described the company which based on this diploma were done, introducing of competing companies and their activities. To achieve this goal, the task was unambiguously explained with peat disc crusher working principle. In the first designing stage were done needed calculations to achieve the productivity up to 30 tons a day as the customer needs. According to obtained figures was designed the housing of machine and needed subassemblies. To achieve needed warranty and maintenance time were chosen standard parts and made checking calculations. In the second designing stage for maintenance free period were done lubrication system designing with possibility to change amount of lubrication. After the installation of peat disc crusher the customer will get all needed documentation of designed machine. In the economic part of this diploma were done calculations to find out all needed of company expenses for this project. In the diploma was designed the peat disc crusher proceeding of customer requirements. In conclusion I would like to say that the aim was successfully achieved. With the designed peat disc crusher the customer is now able to increase processing of peat mining sites. With this solution of peat disc crusher for customer, we have modified the existing proceding line and get more modern and effective solution of human resource point of view line.
