Abstract

Võib öelda, et kõik püstitatud eesmärgid täideti. Projekteeriti parameetritele vastav vahetatava töölaua süsteem. Leiti lahendused kolmele põhiprobleemile, laua positsioneerimisele ja kinnitamisele, laua liigutamisele pingist välja ning laudade liigutamisele pingi ees. Kontrolliti arvutuslikult rakise täpsus ja kinnitusjõud. Teostati tugevusarvutused kandevkonstruktsioonidele ja kontrolliti, et ei esineks liigset läbipaindumist. Majanduslikus osas arvutati välja valmistamise hind, mis osutus oodatult valmislahendustest märkimisväärselt odavamaks. Projekti käigus leiti, et investeerimine vahetatava töölaua süsteemi on tasuv. Investeeringute tasuvusajaks on veidi üle ühe aasta. Töö käigus arvutati kahe näidisdetaili põhjal detailide vahetamiseks kuluv aeg. Võrreldi seaadud tulemust olukorraga kus detaile vahetatakse vahetatava lauaga. Olenevalt detaili vahetamise keerukusest on saavutatav efekt erinev. Keskmiselt saavutatakse näidisdetailide puhul vahetatava töölaua kasutamisel tootlikuse kasv 21,35%.

Abstract [en]

The title of the thesis is „Pallet changer system for machining center Haas VF4-ss“. Topic is based on fast growing company called “Radius Machining OÜ”. The company is specialized on providing machining cervices based on clients drawings. The purpose of this thesis is to increase the productivity of the machining center Haas VF4-ss. To do that, a pallet system is designed. This will give the opportunity to change parts while machining cycle is running. Estimated time saving from that were 25%. Before designing process alternative options and products were viewed and compared. The parameters set for the end product were: • Be able to change pallet in less than one minute without additional equipment • Pallet load capacity minimum 200kg • Clamping force minimum 20kN • Minimum pallet measurements 700x400mm The design process is divided into three parts based on three main problems. • Clamping and positioning the sub table • Lifting and moving sub table in and out • Moving sub tables in front of the machine In the final chapter economical calculations are made. Based on two different parts time savings with pallet system were calculated. Giving the average of 21,35% time saving. Based on time savings and manufacturing costs, payback period were calculated.
