Abstract

RESÜMEE Antud lõputöö teemaks on „Trikotaažtoodete töötlemise standardaegade analüüs AS Protex Baltis“. Lõputöö analüüsitavateks toodeteks on mudelid, mille töötlemisel leidus probleemseid koondoperatsioone ning mille standardajad olid õmblejate jaoks, kas liiga suured või vastupidi väikesed. Valitud toodeteks on naiste paanidega seelik „Amelia“, naiste pikad pesupüksid „Janus“ ning naiste tuunika „Sokeri“. Standardaegade analüüsimise raames viisin läbi kolm töömahulist uuringut – abiaja uuringud läbi tööpäeva pildistuste erinevatele töökohtadele, normaalaja uuringud ning SSD Pro programmiga läbi viidud tööaja uuringud. Abiaja uuringud olid vajalikud õige ning kõige tõenäolisema abiaja lisa protsendi määramiseks, mis esialgselt oli 10% igal töökohal. Tegelikkuses uuringutes tulenevalt on abaja lisad erinevatele töökohtadele erinevad – universaalmasinaga töökohal 14% abiaja lisa, 4 – niidilise äärestusühendusmasinaga töökohal 20%, 6-niidilisel äärestusühendusmasinaga töökohal 16%, kattemasinaga töökohal 16% ning triikimiskohal 11%. Tulemustest järeldades peaks ettevõte kaaluma abiaja lisa protsentide muutmist või rõhku panema sellele, mis on abiaja kulutuste tegelik sisu. Standardaegade võrdlemisel oli näha suuri erinevusi Protex Balti tehnoloogia järgi paika pandud standardaegade ja normaalaja uuringute tulemusel saadud standardaegade vahel. Aegade erinevuste põhjusteks on partiide suurus, mis on pika aja vältel väiksemaks muutunud; õmblejate valede töövõtete kasutamine; detailide ebasobilik paigutus; üleliigsed keha pingutused, liigutused; sooritatakse tööülesandeid, mis ei kuulu õmblejate ülesannete alla; meistri või tehnoloogi ootamine. Et neid tööaja kadude põhjuseid vältida oleks ettevõttele väga kasulik värvata tööle õmblejate koolitaja, kes õpetaks õmblejatele paremaid töövõtteid, detailide paigutust ning selgitaks õmblejatele kui vajalik ja kasulik on õpetus töölise tervisele ning samuti ettevõttele ise. Kiirema töö sujumiseks võiks ettevõttes töötada ka pooltoodete/valmistoodete söötja. Nii jääb ka meistril kauem aega õmblejate abistamiseks ning õmblejad ei pea kaua ootama meistrit, et konsulteerida. Masina rikete korral ajakadu vähendaksid nö varu masinad, mis oleksid alati töökorras. Kui toote töötlemisel ühes koondoperatsioonis läheb mitut erinevat liiki masinat vaja, siis oleks hea kui need on eelnevalt seadistatud ning niidistatud. Usun, et AS Protex Baltis on võimalik antud ettepanekuid kasutusele võtta, kui finantsilised ressursid on olemas ning muudatuste vajalikkus on ettevõtte jaoks piisavalt põhjendatud. Antud ettepanekute kasutusele võtuga paraneks ettevõtte lihttööliste heaolu nii tervise kui ka motivatsiooni suhtes. Samuti paraneks tootlikkuse efektiivsus ning viljakus. Kuna ettevõte paneb suurt rõhku just toodangu kvaliteedile on vajalik töötajate koolitamine ning sobivate töötingimuste tagamine, mis ongi aluseks ettevõtte tasandil töö efektiivsuse ja tootlikkuse tõstmiseks.

Abstract [en]

SUMMARY The diploma thesis topic is „Jersey Products Producing Standard Time Analysis in AS Protex Balti“. The thesis of the products analyzed are models, which were found in the processing of probelmatic operations and which standard times were for operators either too high or too low. Selected products are with panes skirt for woman „Amelia“, women´s long pants „Janus“ and women´s tunic „Sokeri“. Standard Timing analysis consisted of three laborious studies – help time studies (time studies what was spent on technical maintenance of the machinery and workplace) trouhg the working observational studies for different workplaces, normal time studies and with SSD Pro program time studies. Help time studies were necessary to determine correct and most likely help time addition percentage, whitch was initially 10% in any workplace. In fact results of time studies what was spent on technical maintence of the machinery and workplace were help time additions for different workplaces different – in the workplace with universal machine was help time addition 14%, 4-thread overlock 20%, 6-thread mauserlock 16%, coverstitch machine 16% and in the ironing workplace was help time addition 11%. Concluding the results should company consider help time additions percentages changing or put emphasis on what is the actual content of the help time spending. Comparing standard timing were seen differences between Protex Balti technology standrad times and normal time studies. Standard timing differences causes the size of the models sets, wich are in the long period of time become lower; operators are using the wrong techniques; details inappropriate placing; reduntant efforts of the body and movements; performed tasks, that do not fall under the operators of tasks; waiting for a master of the line or technologist. To avoid those causes loss of working time, would be very useful for the company to recruit operators trainer, who will teach for operators better teckniques, details placing and calrify to operators how useful is teaching fot the health and as well as to the company itself. To achieve faster work, could company to recruit semi-finished/finished products transmitter. Then has line master also more time for helping operators and operators do not have to wait long time for a line master to consultation. When in production have machine breakdowns, then can avoid the loss of time spare machines, which are always in workind order. If the processing of the product in one operation needed to several different types of machines, then it would be good if they are adjusted and threaded. I belive that in company AS Protex Balti is possible to introduce suggestions, if the company has financial reseorces and the need for changes is sufficiently justified for the company. If a company adopts these proposals, will improve the welfare of workers, health and motivation. It will also improve the productivity effeciency and fertility. As the company puts great emphasis on the quality of the product, is necessary training operators and ensuring appropriate working conditions, which is based on the company's level of efficiency and productivity improvement.
