Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli palgihaaratsi projekteerimine. Antud ülesande püstitas Oniar OÜ, eesmärgiga laiendada oma tootevalikut, et pakkuda konkurentsi Põhjamaades tegutsevate tootjate poolt pakutavate analoogsete palgihaaratsite seas. Projekti käigus sai loodud ülevaade konkurentide palgihaaratsistest ja nende põhikarakteristkutest. Analüüsitud konstruktsiooni, millest järeldus, et kõik palgihaaratsid on analoogse konstruktsiooniga. Prototüübile sai teostatud tugevusarvutused, millest lähtus, et konstruktsioon on vastupidav igapäevasele tööle, samas ei ole liigselt massiivne. Pärast tugevusarvutuste teostamist sai vormistatud palgihaaratsi tööjoonised. Lõplikult võib öelda, et projekti eesmärk sai täidetud, toote realiseerimishind tuli odavam kui lähteülesandes püstitatud, hea hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe on konkurentsi pakkumise alustalaks.

Abstract [en]

The main goal in this diploma was aimed at designing a skidding grapple. This task was set by Oniar LLC to expand its product range in order to compete among other manufacturers of similar skidding grapples in the Nordic countries. In the project was created an overview of competitors and their skidding grapples main characteristics. After analyzing the structure conclusion was that all skidding grapples have analogous construction. On the prototype were carried out FEM calculations, which assumed that the structure is resistant to daily work, while not beeing overly massive. After the FEM calculations on skidding grapple production drawings were produced. Finally it can be said that the aim of the project was completed, the product sales price was cheaper than the initial task set.
