Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö tulemusena valmis palgi positsioneerimismehhanism, mille ülesandeks seati palgi liigutamine rullteel ettemääratud positsiooni. Baasettevõttega koostöös määrati antud mehhanismile järgmised nõuded: positsioneerida palki, mille maksimaalseks pikkuseks on 5000 mm ja erikaaluks 860 kg/m^3 , ühtlasi positsioneerida palki kahel suunal. Samuti tuli projekteerimisel arvestada eelnevalt konstrueeritud agregaadi konstruktsiooni ilma seda muutmata. Baasettevõtte poolt määratud mehhanismi realiseerimishinnaks oli 5000 eur. Valmis mehhanismiprojekt, mille saab jagada kaheks alaosaks – kinnitusmehhanism ning alusraam ja ülekanne. Probleemi, kuidas palki liigutada, lahendas töö autor juhtsiinidel liigutatava kinnitusmehhanismi kasutamisega, mida liigutab reduktormootor. Kinnitusmehhanismi projekteerimisel on arvestatud, et oleks võimalik kinnitada eri läbimõõdulisi palke. Alusraami projekteerimisel on kasutatud lehtterast. Alusraam kinnitatakse autonoomse majapalkide treimis- ja freesimisagregaadi külge keevisliidet kasutades. Alusraami koostamisel on kasutatud nii polt- kui ka keevisliidet. Ülekande mehhanismina on kasutatud positisoneerimismehhanismil kettülekannet ning töö tulemusena selgus, et nõutud palgi positsioneerimiskiiruse saavutamiseks on mõistlik kasutada reduktormootorit võimsusega 0,25 kW. Lõputöö tulemusena projekteeritud mehhanism vastab seatud nõudmistele. Töö autor leidis, et projekteeritud positsioneerimismehhanismi realiseerimishind on 4489,1 eur, mis on ettevõtte poolt määratud maksimaalsest hinnast madalam ning vastab Makron Estonia OÜ ootustele. Lisaks positsioneerimismehhanismi projekteerimisele ja majanduslikule osale, on töös käsitletud ka ohutusnõudeid, kus on välja toodud aspektid, millega tagatakse operaatori esmane ohutus.

The projection of log positioning mechanism for house log turning and milling unit. Tallinn University of Applied Science. Script, pages 32. The importance of the current thesis is best explained by the fact that the base company Makron Estonia OÜ has reached the process of developing their own product and the log positioning mechanism is going to contribute to the completion on the development project. The aim of the thesis was to project a log positioning mechanism for house log turning and milling unit. The mechanism projected was to able the positioning of a maximum 5000 mm long log with a specific gravity of 860 kg/m^3 in two directions. During the projection the previously constructed model had to be considered without changing it. The selling price of the unit set by the base company was 5000 Euros. The aim of the thesis – the projection of a log positioning mechanism for house log turning and milling unit – was fulfilled. The specifications mentioned earlier were also taken into consideration and fulfilled: the unit projected ables the positioning of a maximum 5000 mm long log with a specific gravity of 860 kg/m^3 in two directions; the previously constructed model was not changed; the selling price of the unit turned out to be 4489,1 Euros. The finished mechanism project can be divided into two parts: the fastening mechanism and frame; the gear. According to the thesis it became clear that in order to achieve the necessary positioning speed of the log it would be reasonable to use a gearmotor with a power of 0,25 kW. The problem of moving the log was solved by the author of the thesis using a fastening mechanism which can be moved on tracks by the gearmotor mentioned earlier. In addition to the projection of the unit, the current thesis also covers safety requirements and in the economic part of the thesis the development of the price and selling price of the unit is described.
