Abstract

Masinatööstus on Eestis oluline tööstusharu, kuna siin luuakse kümnendik kogu majanduse lisaväärtustest ning rakendust on leidnud ligi 7% kõigist hõivatutest. Eestis moodustavad valdava enamiku masinaehitussektorist väikeettevõtted. Masinatööstus on ka töötleva tööstuse seisukohalt oluline haru. Metallitöötlemise tehnoloogial põhinevate tootmisvahendite ning töötajate kutsealaste oskuste sarnasuse tõttu käsitletakse masina- ja metallitööstuse valdkonda kui ühtset masinatööstust. Antud lõputöö on valminud ettevõtte AS Harju Elekter Teletehnika baasil, mis valmistab lehtmetalltooteid andmeside- ja telekommunikatsioonisektorile. AS Harju Elekter Teletehnika alla kuulub kontserni mehaanikajaoskond, kus valmistatakse erinevaid tooteid, mis valdavalt on loodud kasutades treimist, freesimist, keevitamist jt. operatsioone. Käesolev maandusklemmi koostamise ja määrimise masin valmistataksegi mehaanikajaoskonnas toetudes selle jaoskonna tehnilistele võimalustele. Lõputöö eesmärgiks on projekteerida eelkoostamismasin, mis paigaldab maandusklemmi sisse töödeldud avadesse kaabli otste kinnitamiseks kruvid ja samal hetkel lisab kaabli pessa ka tilgakese konserveerimismääret oksüdeerumise vastu. Maandusklemmi koostamis- ja määrimismasin on vajalik peamiselt tootmismahtude suurenemisest tingituna ning käsitsi koostmisest tulenevast madalast tootlikkusest ja suurest ajakulust. Masin valmib AS Ensto Ensek tellimisel. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud ja välja töötatud projekteeritud seade, millega saab koostada maandusklemme ja neid ka samal ajal samal masinal määrida oksüdeerumise vastu. Konstrueerimise käigus on välja arvutatud silindrite ja mootori sobilikkus antud masinal tehtavate operatsioonide jaoks. Kirjeldatud on ka teised ostutooted, mis on masina konstrueerimisel kasutusele võetud. Kolmandas peatükis on välja toodud majanduslikud näitajad, masina omahind, võrdlus käsitsi- ja masinkoostamise aegade vahel, masina koormustegur ja lõpetuseks on välja toodud masina tasuvusaeg, mis on 2,3aastat(2 aastat ja 4 kuud).

Abstract [en]

Machine industry is an important branch of industry in Estonia as a tenth of the economic value addedis created in machine industry and 7% of all the employed people work in this particular branch. Small businesses form the majority of the machine building industry. Machine industry is also an important branch of industry in terms of manufacturing industry. Since the means of production based on metalworking technologies and the workers’ vocational skills are similar, the fields of machine industry and metalworking are treated as one uniform industry. The current thesis has been compiled on basis of AS Harju ElekterTeletehnikacompany which manufactures products of sheet metal for the data service and telecommunications branch. AS Harju ElekterTeletehnika also incorporates the mechanics department of the corporation that manufactures different products using turning, milling, welding as well as other operations.The present machine used for assembling and greasing earthing terminal is produced in this mechanics department relying on its technological possibilities. The aim of this thesis is to engineer a pre-assembly machine, which installs fastening screws in the openings manufactured into the earthing terminal and at the same time adds a drop of conservation polish to the cable outlet to prevent oxidation. The earthing terminal pre-assembly and greasing machine is mainly necessary due to the increase in manufacturing volumes and the low productivity and high time consumption of assembling manually. The machine is produced basedon the order of AS EnstoEnsek. The thesis describes as well as develops the engineered machine, which can be used for assembling earthing terminals and at the same time greasing them to prevent oxidation. The calculations for the suitability of the motor and cylinders for the operations carried out on this machine were made during the process of constructing the machine. The thesis also provides an overview of the other parts bought for the construction of the machine. Economic indicators, the cost of the machine, the comparison between the time consumption of manual assembly and machine-based assembly and load factor are brought out in the third chapter. The third chapter concludes with the payback period of the machine, which is 2,3 years (2 years 4 months).
