Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö raames projekteeriti firmas Antes Sales OÜ uut tüüpi suitsueemaldusluukidele avamismehhanism, vastavalt Euroopa standardile EN 12101-2. Kuna uut tüüpi luukidele kehtivad teistsugused nõuded, tuli välja töötada etteantud nõuetele vastav süsteem. Uue mehhanismi projekteerimisel arvestati kõikide võimalike probleemidega, mis võivad katsetustel tekkida. Lõputöös on välja toodud üldised andmed, klassifikatsioonid ja nõuded suitsueemaldusluukidele. Suitsueemaldusluugi avanemisel/sulgumisel tekkivate jõudude välja selgitamiseks on tehtud insenerilikud arvutused, mille tulemused näitavad, et kõik tekkivad jõud jäävad lubatud piiridesse. Töö tehnoloogilises osas on välja toodud kõikide detailide töötlemisviisid, tootmiseks vajalikud seadmed, masinajad ja tootmiseks vajalikud rakised. Töö majanduslikus osas on välja toodud avamismehhanismi valmistamise erinevad kuluartiklid ettevõttele. Lõputöö eesmärk on saavutatud ja antud mehhanism täidab kõik vajadused.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this paper is to introduce a prototype for smoke and heat control hatch opening system, that was designed by the author in compliance with European standard EN 12101-2. To meet the new requirements applied to the hatches, a new type of system needed to be developed. All kinds of potential obstacles that could occur during testing were considered throughout the whole development. In this bachelor thesis one will find the general information, classification and requirements for the smoke and heat control hatches. Insener technical calculations have been made to show that the strength of the forces created in the process of opening/closing the hatches will remain within the allowable limits. In the technological part of the paper the author has brought out the processing operations for every detail used, the necessary equipment for production, machines working hours and the necessary devices to fasten the produced hatches and details. The cost items for producing the smoke and heat control system details have been brought out in the economical part of the paper. This thesis goal have been achieved and mechanism goes into production.
