Abstract

Lõputöös parendati muudetava laiusega lumesaha tehnoloogiat. Selleks vaadati üle kogu saha tehnoloogia. Kuna enamus tehnoloogiast kasutatakse ka teistsuguste konstruktsiooniga sahkade tootmises siis oli see juba eelnevalt paigas. Nõrgimaks kohtadeks olid konkreetse saha juures liugurid, mis osteti sisse teisest ettevõttest. Nende sisseostu hinnad olid kõrged ning tarneajad pikad. Detailide tootma hakkamiseks ostis ettevõtte DAH LIH CNC freespingi, mis hakkas ka lihtsamate detailide tootmisel manuaalset pinki asendama. Arvutati kogu saha toomiseks kuluv aeg, osade operatsioonide näiteks keevitamiseks, värvimiseks ja komplekteerimiseks kuluvad ajad on saadud kogemuslikul teel. Saagimiseks, treimiseks, puurimiseks kuluvad ajad saadi arvutuslikult. Liugurite tootmiseks projekteeriti käesoleva töö käigus vajalik rakistus. Rakise kriitilisematele kohtadele teostati vastavalt kas täpsus või kinnitusjõu arvutus. Lisaks arvutati vajalik pingi võimsus, millest lähtuvalt korrigeeriti lõikerežiimid konkreetsele freespingile vastavaks. Kuna ettevõttes puudusid vajalikud instrumendid detaili töötlemiseks siis valiti ka need. Kõigile operatsioonidele arvutati vajalikud režiimid, ning ka töötlemiseks kuluvad ajad. Detailide sisseostmisest loobumine muutis kulutusi detailidele väiksemaks, kuna ei teenita teisele ettevõttele enam kasumit. Kadus ka vajadus pooltoodet transportida ning ei olda teise ettevõtte tootmisest sõltuv. Kiireloomulise tellimuse puhul on võimalik liugurite tootmine ettevõtte tootmisse sisse planeerida. Tänu sellele pole vaja hoida ka suurt kogust liugureid laos seismas, mis paneks ettevõtte raha riiulile seisma, ning ei võimaldaks raha vajalikesse kohtadesse investeerida. Lõputöö käigus pandi saha tehnoloogia täpselt kirja, ning saadi saha valmistamiseks kuluv aeg. Teades erinevates jaoskondades tehtud ajalisi kulutusi on võimalik koostöös ettevõtte raamatupidamisega arvutada välja rahalised kulutused. Jaoskondade kulutusi teades ning liites materjali, komplekteeritavate jne kulud arvutati välja saha omahind. Saha omahinna teadmine andis ettevõtte juhatusele ettekujutuse millise kasumiga muudetava laiusega lumesahkasi müüakse. Omahinna leidmisest siiski müügihind ei muutu, kuna sahkasi toodetakse allhanke korras ning see on fikseeritud kliendi poolt. Tänu tehnoloogia parendamisele muutus saha omahind väiksemaks ning kasumimarginaal tootelt suuremaks.

Abstract [en]

In this final thesis author has improved the technology of a snow plough with an adjustable width. In order to make ploughs technology better, the author has investigated the issue. As most of the technology is already in use for other types of snow ploughs, it had been proven before. To bring out the weakest spot of the snow plough, sliders must be mentioned, furthermore, the company bought them in. The price of the sliders were high and queue times long, therefore, to produce these parts inside the company, a CNC mill was bought. Producing time for the snow plough was calculated, some operations time were obtained experimentally, for example, welding, painting and mounting. To produce sliders, fixture was developed. For most critical sections in the fixture preciseness or clamping force were calculated. In addition, essential main motor power was calculated according to which cutting processes were adjusted. Due to that there were no necessary tools for producing sliders the tools were also chosen from the Mitsubishi catalogue. Moreover, producing the sliders inside the company leaded to reduced outgoings for the parts. Moreover the necessity for transporting semi-finished pieces dropt out. For urgent order to produce sliders there is an availability to plan it into Pomemet’s production plan. Due to that it is not necessary to hold big stock of sliders and the vacant money can be invested to somewhere else meanwhile. To sum up, in the final dissertation of the technology of production, it was described precisely and thanks to that , there is a possibility to know the exact producing time for snow plough. In cooperation with company’s accounting department financial spendings were calculated. Knowing the net cost of the snow plough gave knowledge to company's board if these snow ploughs were profitable or not. Knowing the net cost does not affect the selling price of these ploughs because these are outsourced. Thanks to improved technology the net cost has decreased and the profit from the product increased.
