Abstract

Projekti käigus on tõestatud ,et keeviskoostamise ja lõiketöötluse rakiste kasutamine on antud projektis nii tehhnoloogiliselt ,kui ka majanduslikult põhjendatud. Parendatud tehhnoloogiat kasutades vähenes koostamisraami omahind 43,6% , seda põhiliselt keevitamise ja lõiketöötlemise arvelt. Rakiste kasutamisega vähenes keevitamiseks kuluv aeg 33% ja lõiketöötlemiseks kuluv aeg 42% . On näha ,et töömaht erinevates jaoskondades on seinast seina . Lõiketöötlus jaoskond on rohkem koormatud kui keevitus , plasmalõikus ja lukksepad. Sellest võib järeldada , et selliste raamide valmistamine sobib Makron Estonia OÜ tootmisesse nö täiteprojektiks , perioodideks kui sisetrieipink TOS 13.8 on alakoormatud . Tulenevalt sellest ,et kõnealust pinki kasutatakse vaid ettevõttes käivatel projektidel ,ning TOS 13.8 alakoormatud perioode esineb aastas paar korda siis sobiks antud projekt nende aukude täitmiseks hästi . Samas on see suurpärane võimalus ettevõttel ennast autotööstuses tõestada lootuses tulevikus saada veel suuremaid ja tasuvamaid projekte.

Abstract [en]

The scope of this project is standardization of the production, design of jigs for assembly and machining and reduction of production rejects and cost for production volume of 312 pcs. Economic and technological gain by usage of jigs for welding and machining has been proven in this paper. The production cost has been reduced by 43,6% mainly because of higher efficiency of welding and machining. Time consumption of welding has been reduced by 33% and of machining by 42%.It is seen that the capacity of in different polling divisions are wall to wall. Machining station is more occupied than welding, plasma cutting and locksmiths. It can be concluded that the manufacture such frames is suitable for the Makron Estonia OÜ production as so-called filled project, periods when mill TOS 8.13 is underutilized. Due to the fact that the benches are used only company-earner projects and TOS 8.13 underserved periods occur a few times a year, it would fit well in this project to fulfill their holes. However, this is a great opportunity for the company to prove itself in the automotive industry in the hope of getting even larger and more profitable projects.
