Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö raames projekteeriti uudne 12m hinnatorn Eesti tanklatele, DAG Reklaam OÜ näitel. Lõputöö eesmärgiks tuli leida sobivad materjalid, koosteosad ning kõik sellega kaasnev. Hinnatorni projekteerimine oli töömahukas ning mõistlik. Projekteerimise käigus valiti materjalid mida kasutatakse hinnatorni kanderaamil. Valitud ehitusteras S355 on kasutusel kanderaami konstruktsioonil, sobivaks muudavad selle terase piisavalt kõrged tugevusnäitajad, töötlemise hind ning ka kättesaadavus. Tegeleti raamile tehtavate keevisliidete parima lahenduse leidmisega ja samuti kogu kanderaami kattevärvi lahendusega. Kanderaami projekteerimisel tehti projekteeritavale raamile tugevusanalüüs, kust selgus et hinnatorn peab vastu ka tugevametele tuultele piisava varuga. Projekteerimise käigus leiti ka sobivaimad kattepaneelide materjalid, põhiliseks kattematerjaliks sai projekteerimise käigus alumiinium. Kattepaneelideks valitud alumiinium, sobivaks muudavad alumiiniumi väike tihedus, seeläbi konstruktsiooni väike mass, lihtne töödeldavus ning vastupidavus korrosioonile. Nagu ka kanderaamil, kaetakse ka kattepaneelid pulbervärviga. Elektroonika osas pöörati tähelepanu hinnatorni valgusele ning samuti ka hinnanäitudele. Töö käigus leiti sobivaimad valgusallikad ning hinnanäitude jaoks vajaminev informatsioon. Projekteerimise lõpetas sobivate kinnitusvahendite leidmine nii kattepaneelidele kui ka hinnatorni kinnitamiseks vundamendile. Lõputöö tulemusena loodi ettevõtte DAG Reklaam OÜ’ga koostöös uudne 12m hinnatorn Eesti tanklatele, tänu millele on võimalik tanklakettidel olla rohkem nähtavamad. Edasiseks tegevuseks on projekti ellu viimine. Selleks tuleb leida kliendid kes projekteeritavat hinnatorni võivad vajada.

Abstract [en]

The thesis in hand covers the desing of an innovative 12m pricetower for Estonian gas stations following the example of DAG Reklaam OÜ. The target of the thesis was finding appropriate materials, assembling details and all else necessary. Designing the pricetower was laborious and rational. The materials used for constructing the pricetower’s chassis were choosed during the design process. The chosen construction steel S355 is suitable due to the specific steel’s sufficient strenght parameters, the price of processing it and its availability. The work also covers searching for the best solution for welded joints and the coating colour oh the chassis. A strenght analysis was included in the chassis’ design process and the result showed that the pricetower would endure even very strong winds with a spare. The designing process included finding the most suitable material for the cover panels and the preferred covering material turned out to be aluminium. The aluminium was chosen as the appropriate material for the cover panels because it has a low density, it is easily worked and resistant to corrosion. The cover panels ant the chassis would both be covered with powder paint. In terms of electronis the lighting or the pricetower and price indication were studied. The best source of light and the information required for price indication were found during the design process. The designing was finished by finding suitable fasterners for the cover panels as well as attaching the pricetower to the foundation. The result of this thesis was the creation of an innovatiove 12m pricetower for Estonian gas stations – the pricetower was created in colloboration with DAG Reklaam OÜ and it helps the gas stations to be more noticeable. Subsequent action would be realising the project. Making it possible means finding clients who might need the designed pricetower.
