Abstract

Lõputöös on esitatud ettevõte AS EVR Cargo vedurimajanduse töökorraldus tulenevalt kaubaveomahu muutumisest, mille põhieesmärk oli võrrelda, kuidas võiks kasutada ettevõtte vedurieid efektiivsemalt ning tagada ekspluatasioonis olevate vedurite kiire ja operatiivne suurendamine või vähendamine vastavalt kaubaveoteenistuse vajadusele, ilma suuremaid kulutusi ja ressursse kulutamata. Töös on analüüsitud vedurite kasutust tulenevalt kaubaveomahust aastate ja veduri seeriate lõikes. Lisaks on saadud ülevaade vedurite ekspluatatsioonis hoidmise kulutustest, analüüsitud on ka vedurite kiireks ja operatiivseks töösse andmiseks võimalikke viise ja tehnoloogilisi võimalusi, tulenevalt kaubaveomahtude muutumisest. Lõputöös selgus, et vedureid ei kasutatata nii efektiivselt kui võiks ning ligikaudu 30% koguajast ekspluatatsioonis on vedurid töö ootel, ehk seisavad. See tähendab, et ettevõtte kaubaveoteenistuse osakonnal tuleks ilmtingimata vedurite kasutust paremini planeerida, organiseerida ja korrigeerida praeguste vedurite tööd, lisakulutuste ärahoidmiseks. Võrreldes omavahel kõiki võimalikke viise vedurite kiireks ekspluatatsiooni andmiseks ja ära panemiseks raudteereservi, selgus, et kõige efektiivsem ning otstarbekam viis on hoida ettevõtte vedureid pidevalt ringluses. Majanduslikus mõttes on antud süsteem suhteliselt ökonoomne, millega hoiaks kokku ligi 50% kulutustest aastas, kui hoida vedureid pidevalt tööootel ja operatiivses reservis ehk pidevalt ekspluatatsioonis. Nii saaksime kaubavoo muutumisest sõltuvalt kiirelt ja operatiivselt anda vedureid kohe töösse või panna raudteereservi. Lisaks ülaltoodule on lõputöös arutatud tulenevalt kaubaveomahtude muutumisest nt. kaubaveomahtude langemise puhul, olemasolevat depoo ja tehnohooldepunktide töötajate koondamise asemel teostada omajõududega veduri agregaatide ja sõlmede remonte, vältimaks sellega liigseid kulutusi, see tähendab, mille teenust ettevõte muidu tavaliselt sisse ostab. Sellisel viisil arendame nii ettevõtte töötajaid ning hoiame alles kogemustega kvalifitseeritud spetsialiste.

Abstract [en]

The diploma thesis is about AS EVR Cargo locomotive job management in times of change in the capacity of freight transport. The main purpose of this thesis is to compare how the company could use locomotives more effectively and ensure their quick and prompt service to put them in commission in less time without spending more resources and having higher costs. In this thesis, the use of freight locomotives is analyzed by changes in freight capacity by different types of locomotives over the years. In addition there is a review of the exploitation costs and also how to prepare locomotives quickly and operationally to work in many ways and different technological opportunities accordingly to change in freight capacities. The thesis shows that the locomotives are not being used as effectively as they could be and approximately 30% of the total time in service, the locomotives are on hold which means they are not working but just collecting dust. This means that the company's freight service department should definitely use better planning and reorganize the current situation to improve locomotive work and avoid unnecessary expenditure. By comparing all the possible ways to get the locomotives quickly and operationally back in service (or to put the locomotive in reserve), it became clear that the most effective and expedient way is to keep the company's locomotives constantly in circulation, meaning they are 100% ready to work. In economic terms, this system is relatively economical, as it could save the company nearly 50% of spendings a year by constantly keeping locomotives on hold and in operative reserve, or in other words continuously in service. Depending on the change in the flow of goods, we could promptly provide the locomotives to work immediately or put them in rail reserve. Instead of laying off workers during falls in cargo goods, they could carry out locomotive equipment repairs with the company's own forces, in order to avoid the excessive costs which would otherwise normally be bought in from other companies. This way the company develops by training and educating their own workers. They are also able to keep their experienced staff and qualified professionals.
