Abstract

Töös kirjutati lahti ettevõtte peamised pakutavad teenused ning tehti vajalikud omahinna ja kasumi arvutused. Selgitati välja prognoositavad tootmismahud viie aasta lõikes ja maksimaalne tootmismaht ning toodi välja oma tootmishoone püstitamiseks vajalikud kulutused. Uurimustööst selgus, et senise hinnakirja järgi teenust pakkudes oleks ettevõtte keskmine kasum teenuse pealt 40%. Kasumi arvelt on võimalik ettevõtetele ja eraisikutele teha kuni 20% soodustust. Varasem vahendusega teenitav kasum oli kõigest 5%. Ettevõte peaks suuremat tähelepanu pöörama kõrgläikelisele viimistlusele mille populaarsus Eestis on tõusuteel ning kasum suurim. Tootmishoone püstitamiseks on ettevõttel vaja teha 16700 eurone investeering. Finantsprognoosist selgus, et oma tootmisega suudaks ettevõte juba esimesel aastal teenida piisavalt kasumit, et katta tootmise alustamiseks vajaminevad investeeringud. Prognoositava käibe ja kasumi järgi on ettevõttel kasulik alustada oma tootmisega. Kuna otseseid konkurente on vähe ja turuliidri positsioon hõivamata, on targa tegutsemise puhul võimalik aastaks 2019 saavutada turuliidri positsioon. Suurim võimalus positsiooni haaramiseks on hea kvaliteet ja tõhus müügitöö. Väga olulisel kohal on kliendi tähtaegadest kinnipidamine ja teenuse hind, mille puhul ettevõte teenib kasumit ning kliendid on hinnaga rahul.

Abstract [en]

In the research company’s main services were explained and also self-cost and profit calculations were made. Predictable output was ascertained for five years and maximum output and necessary charges for erecting the production facility were brought out. The research revealed that providing the service with the current price-list the median profit would be 40% per service. At the expense of profit it is possible to offer a 20% discount to companies and private customers. Previous mediation earned profit was just 5%. Company must pay attention to high gloss decoration which popularity in Estonia is rising and which profitmargins are the biggest. The company needs to do an investment of 16700 euros to erect the production facility. The financial forecast shows that the company would be able to earn enough profit already in the first year to cover up the necessary investments needed for starting the production. According to the predicted turnover and profit it is useful for the company to start with its own production. Since there are a few direct competitors and the position of the market leader is unoccupied, it is possible with smart actions to achieve the position of the market leader for the year 2019. The greatest oppurtunity to take the position is good quality and effective selling. Very important role is to keep deadlines and the price of service, in which company earns profit and the customers are satisfied with the price.
