Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärk oli projekteerida seade, mis lihtsustaks teraskiudude eraldamist värskest betoonisegust. Töö esimeses osas tutvuti üldisemalt teraskiudbetooni, selle omadustega ning standardis määratud katsemeetoditega. Projekteerimise osas valiti seadmele sobivad mõõtmed ning modelleeriti Solid Edge tarkvarara abil seadme konstruktsioon koos hingedel liikuva magnetite korpusega. Koormusele vastupidavuse kontrollimiseks teostati seadme konstruktsioonile AnsysAIM tarkvaras tugevusanalüüs. Seadmes kasutatava magneti valimisel leiti esmalt betoonisegus liikuvatele teraskiududele avalduv takistusjõud ning sellest lähtuvalt piisava tõmbejõuga magnetid. Kuna magnetite omavahelisest paigutusest sõltus lõplik magnetite tõbejõud, võrreldi magnetvälja muutumist erinevatel juhtudel FEMM tarkvas ja valiti seadmele sobiv magnetite järjestus. Töö tehnoloogilises osas leiti seadme detailide valmistamiseks vajalikud tehnoloogiad. Ettevõttes teostavate tööde ning kasutatavate seadmete jaoks valiti sobivad parameetrid ning nende põhjal tootmiseks kulunud aeg. Lõputöö majanduslikus osas leiti seadme valmistamise omahind.

Abstract [en]

Topic of this thesis was to design a device which would simplify steel fibers separation from fresh concrete mixture. In the first part of the work steel fiber reinforced concrete properties and test methods are introduced in general. In design part of the work, based on valid standards, appropriate dimensions for the device were selected. Device was modelled in Solid Edge software and the load capacity of device support was examined in AnsysAim simulation. For choosing magnet, first the resistance force acting on the moving steel fibers in the concrete mixture was found. Since the final pulling force of the magnets depends on the arrangement of the magnets, the change of the magnetic field in different cases was compared in the FEMM software and the best array of magnets was selected. In the technological part of the work, necessary technologies for device production were found and works performed in the company, appropriate parameters were selected. Net cost of the device was found in the economic part of this work.
