Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärk oli luua tootmistehnoloogia prügikasti kallutajale. Tehnoloogia loomisel tuli arvestada PMT OÜ-s olevaid seadmeid, et tootmine oleks lihtne ja sujuv. Lisaks peab tootmine tagama toote kvaliteedi. Soome ettevõte Habagroup OY soovib toota uut tüüpi prügikasti kallutajat kuni 100 kg kaaluvate väikeste prügikastide kallutamiseks. Tootmine ostetakse sisse PMT OÜ-lt. Habagroup OY annab PMT OÜ-le tootmiseks vajalikud joonised ning on määranud toote materjalid. Lõputöö käigus on kasutatud 3D tarkvara SolidWorksi, mille abil on loodud uued keeviskoostu joonised. Lõputöös loodi tootmistehnoloogia, mis tagab kliendi poolt esitatud nõudmised. Esmalt tuleb 50x50x3, 50x30x3 mm nelikanttorudest ning Ø20 mm ja Ø35 mm ümarlatist saagida lintsae all vastavad toorikud. Laserlõikuses lõigatakse 3, 5, 8 ja 15 mm paksused teraslehed. Pärast toorikute väljalõikamist töödeldakse toorikuid painutuspingis, puurpingis või treipingis. Peale eeltöötust keevitatakse detailid vastavalt joonisele kolme keeviskoostu. Pärast keevitamist haaveldatakse keeviskoostud ning seejärel värvitakse. Peale toote värvimist monteeritakse keeviskoostud omavahel kokku ning seadeldist testitakse. PMT OÜ ja Habagroup OY on kokku leppinud protüübi esmases hinnas, milleks on 800 EUR. Lõputöös väljaarvutatud reaalne toote omahind on 594,82 EUR. See teeb ühe toote pealt 25,7 % kasumit.

Abstract [en]

The aim of the dissertation was to create a production technology for a small garbage container tilting device. When creating the technology, the equipment in PMT OÜ had to be taken into account so that the production would be simple and smooth. In addition, production must guarantee the quality of the product. The Finnish company Habagroup OY wants to produce a new type of garbage container tilter for tilting bins up to 100 kg. The production is purchased from PMT OÜ. Habagroup OY provides PMT OÜ with the necessary drawings for production and has determined the product materials. During the dissertation, 3D software SolidWorks has been used, to create new welding assembly drawings. In the dissertation, a production technology was created, which ensures the requirements set by the customer. First, the corresponding blanks must be sawn under the band saw from 50x50x3, 50x30x3 mm square pipes and Ø20 mm and Ø35 mm round bars. In laser cutting 3, 5, 8 and 15 mm thick steel sheets have to be cut. After cutting the blanks, the blanks are processed on a bending machine, drilling machine or lathe. After pre-treatment, the parts are welded according to three welding assemblies. After welding, the welded assemblies are shot blasted and then painted. After painting the product, the welded assemblies are assembled together and the device is tested. PMT OÜ and Habagroup OY have agreed on the initial price of the prototype, which is 800 EUR. The real cost price of the product calculated in the thesis is 594,82 EUR. This makes a 25,7% profit on one product.
