Abstract

Lõputöös kirjeldatud tootearenduslik projekt sisaldas nii teoreetilist osa kui ka praktilist teostust. Uue toote loomine idee tasandist kuni prototüübi katsetamiseni nõuab erinevate valdkondade tundmist. Kontseptsioonist tulenevalt oli vajalik leida erinevaid tehnilisi lahendusi leiliruumi ja keskküttevee soojendamise vahekordade optimeerimiseks. Nõutava võimsuse järgi arvutati vajalikud kolde ja järelküttepinnad. Nendest andmetest tulenevalt alustati konstruktsiooni projekteerimisega, kus oli tarvis arvesse võtta terve hulk erinevaid nüansse – lähtuvalt asjakohastest standardistest valiti soovituslikud materjalid, materjalipaksused, keevisliidete tüübid ning seadusandlust oli vajalik arvesse võtta ohutusnõuete tagamisel. Surveseadmest tulenevalt teostati veesärgi ankursidemete tugevusarvutused. Konstrueerimisel lähtuti tehnoloogilistest võimalustest arvestades majanduslikku kuluefektiivsust. Teostades erinevaid kalkulatsioone ja arvestades olemasolevaid võimalusi, osutus prototüübi tootmisel mõistlikuks kasutada pooltoodete loomisel allhankeettevõtteid. Plasmalõikuse ja painutuse surveterasest teostas SA2 OÜ ning laserlõikuse ja painutuse korrosioonikindlast terasest Ferresto Laser OÜ. Koostamise ja keevitamise teostas lõputöö baasettevõte. Üldjoontes esimese prototüübi katsetamise tulemused andsid head tagasisidet nii kerise funktsiooni täitmisest, kui ka suurepärasest veeküttevõimest. Kasutegur ületas ootusi, mille põhjal võib järeldada, et toote konstrueerimisel lähtutud põhimõtted ja arvutused olid õiged. Jätkatakse arendust toote paindlikumaks muutmise suunas – võimaldamaks leiliruumi kütmise ja keskküttevee kütmise vahemikke suuremas ulatuses reguleerida. Lõputöö majanduslikus osas arvestati prototüübi valmistamise kogemuse ja kalkulatsioonide teel seeriatoodangu olukorras toote oma- ja müüghind, tasuvusaeg, tasuvuskogus ning graafiliselt näidati kasumlikkuse lävi. Antud projekti puhul investeeringuks oleva saunaahju projekteerimise ja prototüübi valmistamise ning katsetamise kulude põhjal on tasuvusajaks umbes 10 kuud.

Abstract [en]

The product development project described in the thesis included both a theoretical part and a practical implementation. Creating a new product from concept to prototype testing requires knowledge of different areas. Due to the concept, it was necessary to find different technical solutions for optimizing heating ratios between the sauna and central water heating. The heating surfaces were calculated according to the required power. Based on these data, the design of the structure was started, where a number of different nuances had to be taken into account – recommended materials, material thicknesses, types of welding joints were selected from the relevant standards, and legislation had to be taken into account to ensure safety requirements. Due to the pressure vessel equipment, the strength calculations of the anchor ties for the water jacket were performed. By making various calculations and taking into account the economic cost efficiency and available technological possibilities, it was reasonable to carry out the production of the prototype using subcontractors in the creation of semi-finished products. Plasma cutting and bending of pressure steel was performed by SA2 OÜ and laser cutting and bending of corrosion-resistant steel was performed by Ferresto Laser OÜ. The assembly and welding were carried out by the base company of the thesis. In general, the test results of the first prototype indicated good feedback on both the performance of the sauna heating function and the excellent water heating capacity. The efficiency exceeded expectations, from which it can be concluded that the principles and calculations used in the design of the product were correct. Developments will continue towards making the product more flexible - to allow greater ranges of the regulation for heating the sauna room and central heating water. In the economic part of the theme, based on the experience of prototype production and theoretical calculations, the production and the sales price of the product, the payback period, the payback amount in the situation of serial production were calculated and the profitability threshold were presented graphically. Taking into account the investment, which is based on the costs of designing and prototyping the product the return on investment is about 10 months.
