Abstract

Abstract [en]

The project of the organization of the office and parking building construction was drafted with this thesis. The author of the thesis prepared a general layout of the building site, which provided information of the site planning. The layout shows the location of the storage areas, heated shelters, entrances, tower crane and site team office. The summary calendar schedule with manpower requirements and two technology maps about the assembly of sandwich panels and roofing was also drafted. The method of labor operations, the lifting mechanisms used on site, the ensuring of occupational and fire safety and environmental protection were also described. Construction started on the 21th of January 2019 and the completion of the planned object is on the 25th of March 2020. Summary calendar schedule was based on the same deadlines and the maximum number of workers at the site was 68 per day. The calendar schedule was based on the logical order of work and the relations between the different jobs were established. The technology maps described the processes involved in carrying out the work, with additional drawings and units, identified the necessary lifting mechanisms and described the operational and fire safety, as well as environmental protection and quality assurance. The exact schedule for the work and the size of the brigade were also determined. The thesis was carried out in parallel with the construction of the building, which gave a good overview of what is happening on the construction site, and it was possible to draw attention to the bottlenecks found by the author of the thesis. The preparation of the thesis gave the author an opportunity to go deeper into the project and to confirm the knowledge acquired in school, as well as to acquire new knowledge.
