Abstract

Kirjeldatud lõputöö ülesandeks oli projekteerida Yamaha R6 mootorratta raamile akukastid ning akukastide tugiraamistik. 96 akuelementi tuli kinnitada mootorratta raami külge nii, et kinnitusraam peaks vastu rajal esinevatele jõududele ning et samas säiliks juhitavus. Töö käigus arendati mitu versiooni akukastidest ja raamistikust ning valiti sobiv versioon, mis toetas lähteülesandes olevaid tingimusi. Kuna kõikide tingimustega ei osatud kohe arvestada, loodi raamisitikust 5 erinevat põhi lahendust. Valitud lahendusel viidi läbi tugevusanalüüs. Arenduse ja analüüside tulemusel projekteeriti ning konstrueeriti akumoodulitele kastid ning raamistik. Lõputöö teises pooles oli eesmärgiks luua projekti mootorrattale vastav jahutussüsteem. Antud ülesannet ei saanud lõpetada mootori tõrgete tõttu. Vajalike tulemuste saamiseks puudusid piisavad lähteandmed. Antud lõputöös jahutusüsteemi ei valminud, kuid sellega tegeletakse edasi.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this thesis was to design battery boxes and a frame for battery cells on the Yamaha R6 motorcycle frame. The 96 battery cells had to be attached to the motorcycle frame so that the fastening frame would withstand the forces on the track while maintaining control. During the work, several versions of battery boxes and framework were developed and a suitable version was chosen to support the conditions in the source task. Since not all the conditions were immediately taken into account, 5 different basic solutions were created from the frame. The selected solution was subjected to strength analysis. As a result of development and analysis, the boxes and the frame were designed and constructed for the battery modules. In the second half of the thesis, the goal was to create a cooling system for the project's motorcycle. This task could not be completed due to engine failure. There were not enough basic data to get the necessary results. In this thesis, the cooling system was not completed, but it is being further developed.
