Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö põhieesmärgiks oli leida sobiv ning analüüsida mitmele võimalikule poe valgustuse reneveerimise variandile tuginedes lahendus, mis vastab tellija põhikriteeriumitele. Muu hulgas analüüsis autor erinevate tootegruppide valgustusspektrit, mida kasutatakse kaupade paremaks esitlemiseks. Igat erinevat tootegruppi tuleb valgustada erinevalt, tuginedes kauba omadustele ja värvidele. Antud lõputöös kirjeldatakse teadlaste poolt välja töötatud erinevate tootegruppide parimaid omadusi esile toovat valgustust, kuna liigne ja vale valgustus on sageli osade kaubagruppide puhul toidu varajase riknemise põhjuseks. Toidupood on senini renoveeritud kauplustes vahetanud välja vanad traditsioonilised valgustid energiasäästlike leedvalgustitega, kuid antud poes ei ole valgustuse renoveerimiseks piisavalt aega. Tellijal oli soov valgustada kaupluse tooted välja ainult leedsuundvalgustitega, mille paigaldus ja ümberpaigaldus on kiirelt teostatav. Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli tõestada või ümber lükata see, kas kogu kaupluse valgustuse renoveerimine võiks teostada ainult suundvalgustitel. Renoveeritav hoone oli ühekorruseline toidupood, üldpindalaga 1730 ruutmeetrit. Viimased valgustustööd olid tehtud ehitamise ajal 2005. aastal. Tellija oli edastanud autorile DWG faili, kus oli lettide ja riiulite paiknemiskohad, renoveeritava ruumi piirid, tootegruppide asukohad. Selle alusel oli koostatud Dialux arvutusprogrammis erinevad valgustusvariandid, millesse oli kaasatud mööbel ja teised valgustust mõjutavad objektid. Suurema osa lõputööst autor tegi programmis Dialux Evo 8.1. Iga variandi ehitamisel, tuli arvestada peegeldusega. Riiulite juures oli peegeldustegur seadistatud 30%. Kuigi räigus ületab kassade piirkonnas veidi lubatud taset, on arvutustulemustest näha, et räigusallikaks on mõni vaatevälja äärealasse jääv suundvalgusti, mida tuleb ümber suunata. See toimub reaalses elus koha peal vastavalt vajadusele. Lisaks ei ole arvutustesse kaasatud kaubagruppidele viitavaid rippsilte. Tellija oli valinud need valgustid, mis nad olid varem kasutanud antud toidupoe keti valgustuseks. Lõplikus lahenduses läks töösse lahendus tellija valitud leedsuundvalgustitega ja üksikute praegu kasutuses olevate üldvalgustitega Glamox GIR T5 249, milles vahetatakse luminofoorlambid välja T5 leedlampide vastu. Suundvalgustitena kasutatakse põhiliselt Livali Trigger Mini Cylinder leedvalgusteid. Need hakkavad valgustama suuremat osa toidupoest. Üksikud suundvalgustid liha ja kala jaoks olid valitud Fagerhult Touch Midi Food ning Fagerhult Touch Midi 930 flood white. Kassade ja infoleti piirkonnas restrippplae sisse paigaldatakse hämardatavad Ledvance PANEL 600 DALI leedpaneelid. Antud projekt on väga eripärane. Antud toidupoe keti juures on see esimene lahendus, kus kasutatakse rohkem kui 88% suundvalgusteid. Tellija üks tähtsamatest kriteeriumitest oli valgustustihedus riiulitel, mis peaks olema vertikaaltasandis mõõdetuna ühe meetri kõrgusel vähemalt 300 lx. Kampaanialaudade juures peaks valgustustihedus olema umbes 1000 lx, kuna kampaania- ja hooajatooted peaksid eristuma üldfoonist. Kassade ja teeninduslettide tööpiirkondades pidi valgustihedus olema 500 lx. Lõputöö raames tehtud arvutused ja analüüsi edastas autor tellijale. Selle põhjal hakkavad projekteerijad töötama edasi ning renoveerima kauplust.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this graduation thesis is to determine and analyse several different options for renovating the lighting of the shop based on the main criteria of the customer. The author has, for that purpose, also analysed the light spectrum of different product groups, which is used for better representing products. All the different product groups have to be lighted differently, based on the characteristics and colour of the product. This thesis describes the ways that scientists have created for highlighting the best features of different product groups using lighting. Excessive or incorrect lighting is often the cause for early deterioration of food in some product groups. The grocery store has thus far replaced old traditional lighting with energy-saving LED lights in the renovated stores, but in this particular store, there is not enough time to renovate the lighting. The customer wished to illuminated the products of the store with only directional luminaires, the installation and reinstallation would be done quickly. The purpose of this graduation thesis was to prove or disprove that the whole renovation of the lighting in the shop could be based on using directional luminaires. The renovated building is a one-storey grocery store with a total area of 1726.9 square metres. The most recent lighting work was done during the building of the shop in 2005. The customer provided the author with a DWG-file, which included the locations of the shelves and counters, the boundaries for the renovated space and the locations of the different product groups. Based on that file, the different lighting schemes were designed in programme Dialux, including furniture and other objects influencing the lighting. Most of the graduation thesis was done in programme Dialux Evo 8.1. During the creation of each variant of lighting, it was necessary to account for reflections. Near the shelves, the reflection factor of the objects was 30%. Even though glare slightly exceeds the allowed level near the area of cash registers, then based on the calculations, it is possible to estimate that the glare is caused by one of the directional luminaires near the periphery of the field of vision, which needs to be redirected. This will be done on the spot, as needed. The customer has chosen the luminaires that have been previously been used for lighting in other stores in the chain. The final solution included the directional luminaires selected by the customer with a few of the currently used general luminaires Glamox GIR T5 249 being used as well, but in those luminaires, the fluorescent lamps will be replaced with T5 LED-lamps. The directional luminaires used in the solution are mostly Lival Trigger Mini Cylinder luminaires. Those luminaires will illuminate most of the grocery store with a few directional lights Fagerhult Touch Mini Food and Fagerhult Touch Midi 930 flood white being used for illuminating meat and fish sections. The cash register and information areas will be illuminated by dimming Ledvance PANEL 600 DALI LED-panels. This project is highly specific. For this grocery store chain, this is the first solution, which allows more than 88% of the lighting to be done by directional lights. One of the most important criteria for the customer was the illumination density of shelves, which measured vertically has to be on average 300 lx measured a meter from the ground. The campaign desks should have an illumination density of approximately 1000 lx, as campaign and seasonal products should stand out from the overall background. The illumination density in the areas of cash registers and info desks should be 500 lx. The project and analysis drafted while writing the graduation thesis have been forwarded to the customer. Based on these materials, the designers will start work on renovating the store.
