Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö teema on “Gaasiseadmete paigaldamine veoautodele”. Maantee transpordi vedude omahinna alandamiseks on üks võimalus kasutada alternatiivseid kütuseid mille hind ühe kaalu või koguseühiku kohta on väiksem kui diislikütusel. N2 N3 ning M3 kategooriate sõidukite kütusekulu vähendamiseks on võimalik osta tehase gaasimootoriga auto või buss, samas on võimalik paigaldada gaasiseade mis asendab osa diislikütust gaaskütusega. Gaasiseadme paigaldamise eelised tehasegaasimootori ees on et mootor käitub ikka nagu diiselmootor, tööiga ei vähene, väändemoment ning võimsus ei vähene, detailid jäävad samaks, kui gaasipaak tühjaks sõidetakse saab diislikütusel edasi sõita. Puudused võrreldes tehase gaasimootoriga on et garantii võib osade autotootjatega katkeda. Tehase gaasimootori eelised on et mootor kasutab ainult maagaasi ning madalama kg hinna tõttu on sääst suurem kui gaasiseadmega. Tehase gaasimootor on vaiksem, saastab keskkonda vähem. Puudused võrreldes gaasiseadmega diiselmootoriga on et läbisõit ühe paagitäiega on väiksem, töökindlus võib olla väiksem, remondikulu on suurem, soetusmaksumus kallim. Tööst tuleb välja et säästa saab kasutades nii LPG kuid samas ka CNG, LNG kütuseid. Suurim sääst on hetkel võimalik kasutades CNG,LNG kütuseid, samuti ka CBG ning LBG kütuseid. Sääst on suurem seetõttu et CNG, LNG on detonatsioonikindlamad ning diislikütuse asendusprotsent on neil suurem. Samas LPG gaasiseadmega saab läbida pikemaid vahemaid ning autot peab vähem tankima, mis on palju mugavam. Töös on välja toodud ohud ning kitsaskohad seoses gaasiseadmete paigaldamisega. Sellepärast on töö oluline eesmärk tõsta inimeste teadlikkust, et inimesed usaldaksid suuri ettevõtteid kellel on kogemus, head seadmed ning kvalifikatsioon.

Abstract [en]

The topic of the present graduation thesis is “Installation of Autogas Appliances on Trucks”. The present topic was chosen because the price of the road transport services has decreased over the years and the cost price of transport operations has remained the same or slightly increased, and people are looking for ways to lower the cost price of transport operations. One way to lower the cost price of transport operations is to use alternative fuels, as their price per weight or amount unit is lower than of the diesel fuel. In order to lower the fuel consumption of N2, N3 and M3 category vehicles it is possible to buy a truck or a bus with manufacturer gas engine, yet it is possible to install a gas appliance which substitutes part of the diesel fuel with gas fuel. Siim Pärnpuu, a university student whose diploma thesis is called “Gas As A Car Fuel Based on Saku AB Example” has precisely and thoroughly examined in his thesis the gas fuels, their impact on environment, and usage. This thesis deals mostly with installation of autogas appliances on trucks and the related matters. It studies the experiences of road transport companies – with both manufacturer gas engine trucks as well as diesel trucks with installed autogas appliances. Therefore an important purpose of this paper is to raise awareness that people would trust the large companies that have experience, good equipment and expertise. The first part of the thesis introduces different gas fuels and gives an overview of the number of vehicles in Estonia that use gas engines and autogas appliances as of the year 2013. The second part deals with manufacturer gas engines and installation of autogas appliances as extra equipment. Different companies are also introduced and analysed that have used both autogas appliances as well as manufactured gas engines. The cost-effectiveness of installed autogas appliances for Eesti Energia and Tallinna Linnatranspordi AS is analysed based on years used and distance travelled.
