Abstract

Antud lõputöö eesmärk oli lahendada veepealse hoone tehnosüsteemid ning luua veepealne autonoomne suvemaja. Töö käigus uuriti uudseid tehnoloogiaid ehituses, mis enamikul juhul on loodud euroopas ning mõeldud meie kliimasse. Lõputöö saab tulevikus olema aluseks reaalsele projektile, millele on leitud investorid ja juba hetkel valmis olevatele mudelitele tuginedes on ka esitletud potentsiaalsetele klientidele. Esialgne eesmärk luua veepealne ujuv maja, mis oleks autonoomne, kvaliteetse sisekliimaga ja energiasäästlik sai täidetud. Hoone asukohaks saab tulevikus Ahvenamaa, mille kliima sarnaneb piisavas mahus Eesti kliimaga. Andmete õigsuses veendumiseks on lahendatud hoone energiatõhusus vastavalt Eesti kliima failide, seaduste ja standardite põhjal. Kuna on teada, et Eestis kehtestatud määrused hoone energiatõhususele on Euroopa Liidus ühed rangemad, siis ei pidanud autor vajalikuks eraldi Soome määruste järgi hoone energiatõhusust lahendama. Töös kajastatud eeldatava maksumuse põhjal on alustatud ettevõtte finantsplaani koostamisega. Lõputöös kajastatud omahinna eelarve erines tellija algse eeldatava maksumusega 19% ulatuses. Erinevuse põhjuseks oli tellija arvestamine eraldi paigaldatud päikesepaneelid ning ebamäärane ujuvpontooni hind. Tellija valik osutus integreeritud katuse- ja päikesepaneeli lahenduse kasuks, kuna autori poolne põhjendus mitte kasutada katusest välja ulatuvaid eraldi seisvaid konstruktsioone merel esineva tuule tõttu osutus mõistlikuks. See parandab hoone välja nägemist ja nõupidamises konstruktoriga tekib ühtlasem tuulekoormus. Tellija poolt saadud tagasisides märgiti ära, et suur huvi on tekkinud hoone vastu ka sooja kliimaga riikides nagu näiteks Panama. Uute teadmiste kohaselt ning tehtud töö põhjal on soov tellijal järgnevalt lahendada hoone sooja kliimasse. Antud lõputööga täideti eesmärk, mis sai püstitatud ning välja toodud informatsiooni põhjal alustatakse hoone eelprojekti ja põhiprojekti koostamisega.

Abstract [en]

The objective of this Final Paper was to solve the technical systems of a building on water and to create an autonomous summer cottage on water. In the course of the Paper, new technologies in construction were examined, which in most cases are created in Europe and designed for our climate. In the future, the Final Paper will be the basis for a real project for which investors have been attracted, and potential customers are already aware of it based on the models already available. The initial objective was to create a floating house on water that would be autonomous, with a high-quality indoor climate and energy efficient. The future location of the building will be the Åland Islands where the climate is sufficiently similar to the Estonian one. To verify the accuracy of the data, the energy performance of building has been solved pursuant to the Estonian climate files, laws and standards. Since it is known that Estonian legislation on the energy performance of building is among the most stringent ones in the European Union, the Author had no need to solve the energy performance of building separately pursuant to Finnish legislation. The anticipated cost mentioned in the Paper is based on the preparation of the financial planning for the company. The budget for cost price described in the Final Paper differed by 19% compared to the original anticipated cost from the customer. The reason for the difference was the calculation by the customer as to separately installed solar panels and the vague price of a floating pontoon. The choice of the customer proved to be an integrated roof and solar panel solution, as the Author's justification for not using standalone structures protruding from roof due to sea wind proved to be reasonable. This would improve the appearance of the building and create a more balanced wind load - based on the meeting with the design engineer. The feedback received from the customer indicated that there was a strong interest in the building in warm climate (e.g. in Panama). Based on the new knowledge and the work performed, the customer wants to settle the building into warm climate. SUMMARY 49 This Final Paper enabled to attain the objective set, and based on the information provided, preparation of the basic project of the building is under way.
