Abstract

Lõputöö ülesandeks oli teostada konstruktiivsed lahendused kavandatavale automüügisalongile. Hoone konstruktsioonideks on HEA-profiiliga postid, millele toetub terasferm, mis omakorda kannab kandevprofiilplekki, mille peal asuvad ülejäänud katusekihid. Samuti oli eesmärgiks tagada hoone skeleti stabiilsus. Lõputöö tulemusena selgus vajalik kandva profiilpleki ristlõige, mille arvutamiseks kasutati programmi Poimu. Lisaks teostati katusesõrestiku sisejõudude leidmine programmiga Autodesk Robot Structural Analyses, millest saadud info põhjal valiti sõrestiku profiilid. Peamised kandeprofiilide arvutused on tehtud käsitsi. Fermi sõlmede arvutus ei mahtunud antud lõputöö mahtu. Kontrolliti HEA-profiiliga posti kandevõimet ja üldstabiilsust. Samuti leiti vajaminevad profiilid hoone üldstabiilsuse tagamiseks. Arvutustulemustest selgus, et valitud profiilid on sobilikud antud hoone lahendamiseks.

Abstract [en]

The primary purpose of this graduation thesis The Constructive Project of Car Showroom is to design and calculate load-bearing steel structures. The secondary aim of the thesis is to check the overall stability of the building. The main frame of a building is composed of a steel truss made of rectangular steel tubes, that holds the roof and steel columns made of H-shape sections, that hold the steel truss. Load-bearing sheets, hard insulation and roof covering compose the roof section. Load-bearing sheet calculation is carried out using a calculation program called Poimu. The internal forces of steel truss are determined using a calculation program called Autodesk Robot Structural Analyses. Steel member design is done manually. Only the profiles necessary for steel truss are calculated in the current thesis. The truss nodes are not being focused on. Additional to load-bearing sheets and trusses, the calculation of steel columns are also made. According to calculations the steel member bearing capacities are not exceeded and the overall stability of the building is granted.
