Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärk said täidetud, valmisid montaažitööde ja katusetööde tehnoloogiakaadid. Millest saab täpse informatsiooni antud tööde teostamiseks. Lõputöös lahendatud hoonete eelarve on koos käibemaksuga 1 174 288 € ning organiseerimise kulu on 9,23%. Hoonete ehituseks kuluva aja 206 päev ning see on ettevalmistustöödest kuni objekti tellijale üleandmiseni. Lõputöö lahendamisel tuli kasutada nii paberkandjal kui ka võrgumaterjale. Antud lõputööd lahendades sai lõputöö koostaja juurde teadmisi platsi organiseerimise keerukusest ning mahust, mis võib kuluda objekti planeerimisele. Montaažitööd võtavad aega 12,5 päeva. Monteeritakse paika 250 elementi. Montaažitöödel kasutatakse tornkraanat ning kolmanda korruse seina elementide ümber paigutamiseks kasutatakse 35 t autokraanat. Maksimaalselt läheb montaažitöödeks vaja nelja töölist. Katusetööd võtavad aega neli nädalat. Mõlema maja katust paigaldatakse samaaegselt. Tornkraanat kasutatakse ainult materjali ülestõstmiseks, paigaldatakse käsitsi. Ühes brigaadis on neli töölist ning kokku töötvad koos kaheksat töölist kahel majal. Ehitusobjekti vajaliku veetarbimise ära täitmiseks on vaja paigaldada 40 mm läbimõõduga veetoru. Objektile on vaja paigaldada 200 A peakaitse.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this thesis is to solve the organisation of the construction works of the apartment buildings constructed at Veerenni Street in Tallinn. The thesis aims to solve the technological chart of the assembly works, the technological chart of the roof works, summary schedule, key plan of the construction site and the budget of the building. “The Guide of the Theses of Construction Organisation” have been used to solve the thesis, the database of EKE NORA 2018, RATU maps and time standards of the company have been used to determine the time standards. The final design as well as the work project of the building have been used in the thesis. Precise information on the performing of these works is obtained from the two prepared technological charts. The assembly works take 12,5 days. 250 elements will be assembled in place. Tower crane is used in the assembly works and 35T truck crane is used to relocate the wall elements of the third floor. A maximum of four employees is necessary for the assembly works. The roof works take four weeks. The roofs of both of the buildings are installed simultaneously. Tower crane is only used to lift the material, it is installed manually. One team has four employees and there are eight employees in total working in two buildings. The budget of the buildings together with value added tax is EUR 1 174 288 and the organisation expenses are 9,23%. The time spent on the construction of the buildings is 206 days which includes time from preparatory works until the delivery of the object to the orderer. A water pipe with a diameter of 40 mm needs to be installed to meet the necessary water consumption. A main circuit breaker of 200 A needs to be installed at the object.
