Abstract

Töö eesmärgiks oli valmistada prototüüp vormelauto FEST 19 planetaarülekande kaheastmelised, sirghambaga planeedid. Lõputöö teema algandmete kaardistamisel valiti töötlemisviisiks tõukamine. Selgus, et antud detaili tootmiseks kasutatavale meetodile samaväärset alternatiivi, mis oleks majanduslikult ettevõtele aktsepteeritav, on keeruline leida. Hammasratta nõutud mõõtmetesse tootmiseks projekteeriti teise paigalduse teostamiseks spetsiaalne rakis, millele teostati rakise kinnitusjõu arvutus. Põhieesmärgi,hamba parema kvaliteedi, saavutamiseks projekteeriti universaalsele treikeskusele hamba tõukamis instrumendid, sest töödeldavad hambad ei ole standartsed. Hamba profiili kuju tagamiseks teostati instrumendi terikutele kvaliteedi kontroll. Väikeseeria valmis Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkooli laborites, kasutades lõiketöötlus laboris treikeskust HAAS ST20. Töötlemiseks vajalikud seadmete programmid koostati autori poolt. Tähelepanu pöörati ka hamba pinna kvaliteedi parendamisele.Viimases peatükis käsitleti kogu tootmise protsessi majanduslikke arvutusi. Seatud eesmärk, vähendada maksumust, täideti. Ettevõtte järgnevad partiid on odavamad, sest instrumendid on olemas ning tehnoloogia on välja töötatud. Kui välja arvestada tehnoloogia välja töötamiseks kulunud aeg, siis on vähendatud ka tarneaega.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of given thesis was to produce the planetary gearbox two staged planets for a Formula Student class formula car. While setting initial parameters gear shaping processing method was selected. In chapter two, special fixturing element was developed for the second setup. In order to ensure the proper fastening of the part, calculations were carried out to find the fastening force. To achieve desired quality of the gear tooth, a special cutting tools were developed as the teeth do not correspond to a standard module. The profile of the cutting insert was measured with an optical measuring device and a coordinate measuring machine in order to validate the machined gear shape. A small set of twelve gears was manufactured in Tallinn UAS labs using a HAAS ST20 lathe. Special attention was given to the surface quality of the gears. Economic calculations for the developed manufacturing process and production are shown in the last chapter. The goal of reducing part costs was fulfilled. With development time not taken into account, delivery time was also reduced.
